Good location and access to seafront nice outside areas
Pros:

Good location easy access to the seafront and secure car parking a lift as a large hotel.Good breakfast and evening meal good size gardens and outside areas.

Cons:

Bedrooms don't match the photos on the website site and were cold with old draughty windows and restaurant and bar area also cold due to no heating and had to pay for a room upgrade and that was only slightly better than the original room we were offered .

Great Staff, Very Hot Room.
Pros:

The staff were so brilliant. They were friendly, kind, approachable and extremely hard-working. They really are the heart and soul of this hotel.

It is a dog-friendly hotel, which was truly delightful, and the view from pretty much any window was gorgeous.

The food was decent, and they played great music at the restaurant (well done to whoever made those playlists!).

The swimming pool was lovely, too. Normally, I can smell the chlorine from swimming on me even after a thorough shower, but it wasn't at all overpowering from this pool.

Cons:

The room we were in was extremely hot, despite it not being too warm outside. The hotel staff did provide a fan, which was a lifesaver, but without it, it would have been extremely uncomfortable. The windows only open a small amount, but thankfully, we were able to get a nice breeze in. Keep this in mind if you have trouble with body temperature regulation or if you are experiencing hot flushes.

Overall enjoyable with very pleasant and helpful staff
Pros:

Breakfast was great, a good variety of food and the staff very pleasant, friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The shower glass partition does not satisfactorily
prevent water from going on the floor.
