Please note that the hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card received upon check-in, if it receives notification of a credit card chargeback. Prepaid rates are to be fully prepaid and nonrefundable. Operating hours for the shuttle service are as follows:

- From W Singapore to VivoCity: 08:13, 09:20, 10:20, 11:15.
- From VivoCity to W Singapore: 15:30, 16:00, 16:30, 18:00, 21:15, 22:45, 23:15.

The main guest under whose name the reservation is made must be present at check-in. All guests must register and provide a valid physical identity card or passport. The minimum age for guests to check in is 18.

All deposits and transactions must be settled in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via credit card, debit card, or cash.

Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit that must be adhered to at all times.

Marriott Bonvoy benefits are not applicable to reservations made through third-party booking platforms.

Parties are not permitted inside guest rooms.

All unregistered visitors are required to leave the guest room by 10:00.

Perfect stay for us - thankyou to everyone
Pros:

I had reasonably high expectations after reading the reviews, and I was not disappointed. Couldn't fault anything - really nice hotel, staff were all fantastic, the breakfast was amazing (particularly travelling with two kids who are very picky eaters) and everyone just went out of their way to make sure that we had a great time.

Location is ace. On the map, it's not right next to things like Oceanarium/Universal, but there's a free monorail that's two stops away (10 mins max) and a free shuttle bus to get there.

Pool is great too and my kids loved the water slide.

Cons:

Nothing - genuinely couldn't suggest anything, it was all great.

Fun, friendly and relaxed.
Pros:

The hotel was overall very good for us as a family of 4. The rooms were very neat, spacious enough for 4 people and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the slide and there was plenty of available seating for the adults to relax. The area is nice and quite compared to other areas in Sentosa. The breakfast options where good and the free island bus makes everything available to you. The staff were amazing.

Cons:

Nothing really to note here. If I have to pick something it's that they didn't have pineapple juice available at breakfast after our first day... really not an issue.
