Operating hours for the shuttle service are as follows:

- From W Singapore to VivoCity: 08:13, 09:20, 10:20, 11:15.
- From VivoCity to W Singapore: 15:30, 16:00, 16:30, 18:00, 21:15, 22:45, 23:15.

The main guest under whose name the reservation is made must be present at check-in. All guests must register and provide a valid physical identity card or passport. The minimum age for guests to check in is 18.

All deposits and transactions must be settled in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via credit card, debit card, or cash.

Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit that must be adhered to at all times.

Marriott Bonvoy benefits are not applicable to reservations made through third-party booking platforms.

Beautiful island getaway
Pros:

Stunning hotel, in a lovely location, far from Resorts World but serviced by a free shuttle every 10 minutes. Gorgeous rooms, amazingly furnished, huge bathrooms with great water pressure and high quality amenities. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Cons:

We liked everything, we only disliked having to leave.

Wonderful stay! Loved this hotel and its team.
Pros:

All fantastic, but the concierge (Vince) team really made it all very special.

Cons:

The security deposit seemed high compared to other places we stayed, especially as the bill was not deducted from it at the ned but charged over and above, means we sat for two weeks after the holiday with this amount out of action - compounded by the fact we were not expecting it.

We had a great time overall and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel on Sentosa Island. Very comfortable stay, great facilities and beautiful pool. The spa centre was incredible, we loved that free access was included in our booking.

Cons:

It was at the far end of Sentosa so if keen to explore Singapore possibly not the best location (20 mins by taxi). Lots of families staying on the weekend, so it gets really busy compared to the week.

Every detail of our stay was perfection
Pros:

The room and facilities were all very beautiful and the staff were all very lovely and attentive. The attention to detail was outstanding. The breakfast and restaurants were incredible.
