Please note that the hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card received upon check-in, if it receives notification of a credit card chargeback. If a prepaid reservation is declined due to a credit card issue, a new credit card should be provided within 24 hours; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.

Prepaid rates are to be fully prepaid and nonrefundable. For non-prepaid reservations, the hotel reserves the right to charge the first night's room rate to your credit card as a deposit prior to arrival (depending on the cancelation policy). In-house guests can enjoy the property's complimentary shuttle service between W Singapore – Sentosa Cove and VivoCity. Simply present your room key to benefit from the service, available on a first-come, first-served basis during selected time slots each day.

Operating hours for the shuttle service are as follows:

- From W Singapore to VivoCity: 08:13, 09:20, 10:20, 11:15.
- From VivoCity to W Singapore: 15:30, 16:00, 16:30, 18:00, 21:15, 22:45, 23:15.

The main guest under whose name the reservation is made must be present at check-in. All guests must register and provide a valid physical identity card or passport. The minimum age for guests to check in is 18.

All deposits and transactions must be settled in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via credit card, debit card, or cash.

Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit that must be adhered to at all times.

Marriott Bonvoy benefits are not applicable to reservations made through third-party booking platforms.

Parties are not permitted inside guest rooms.

All unregistered visitors are required to leave the guest room by 10:00.

Second time at the W Sentosa and it continues to deliver.
Pros:

The location is amazing with the free Sentosa shuttle bus making getting around easy for onward transport into Singapore. There is also a great choice of restaurants around the hotel.

World class service and very comfortable place to bring the entire family.
Pros:

the room was always clean and well maintained, the pool was the same and poolside service was great, the location was nice and relaxed with a good view of the marina and plenty of nearby local restaurants that may as well be attached to the hotel. Breakfast was a hit with the whole family

Cons:

We could have done without the music by the poolside, and a laundry facility would have been very helpful having kids with us. Other than that, everything was great

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The location is unreal. There is no place like W Singapore. It's not just in Sentosa, but in a quaint quiet corner where there's a marina, and a relaxed resort vibe. W Singapore is attached to a small low lying local mall that is sized for the residents. I stayed there with two vouchers. I am very thankful to stay there. The noise level wise is even lower than expected. The service is superb. The rooms are newly renovated. Not W wild but more Edition wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay.
