Operating hours for the shuttle service are as follows:

- From W Singapore to VivoCity: 08:13, 09:20, 10:20, 11:15.
- From VivoCity to W Singapore: 15:30, 16:00, 16:30, 18:00, 21:15, 22:45, 23:15.

The main guest under whose name the reservation is made must be present at check-in. All guests must register and provide a valid physical identity card or passport. The minimum age for guests to check in is 18.

All deposits and transactions must be settled in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via credit card, debit card, or cash.

Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit that must be adhered to at all times.

Marriott Bonvoy benefits are not applicable to reservations made through third-party booking platforms.

Pros:

From check-in to check-out a great, relaxing experience. Everyone is super available and happy to help accommodating requests and making guests as comfortable as possible.

Cons:

Having breakfast outside would be extremely enjoyable (also thanks to the large fans that really help making the temperature acceptable) but it can be a challenge at times, as birds are very active.

Best stay
Pros:

We loved everything. The staff so lovely. The pool! The design and the vibe. We especially like how the pool is open later too because its so nice to be able to go out for the day and come back for a swim.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like. Only thing being a bit nit picky is it would be nice if there was a little more variety from day to day on the breakfast menu but really everything was so nice.

A Wonderful Family Getaway

We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful stay our family recently had at W Hotel.

Having visited before, we were pleasantly surprised by how much more family and baby-friendly the hotel has become following the renovation and revamp. The thoughtful enhancements made a significant difference to our experience, and we truly appreciated the attention given to families with young children.

One particular moment that impressed us was when we requested extra pillows to block the sides of our bed to prevent our toddlers from falling. Instead of simply providing additional pillows, your team thoughtfully arranged proper baby bed guards for us. This proactive and child-safe solution exceeded our expectations and demonstrated genuine care for your guests.

We would also like to extend our compliments to the team at Skirt. During our dining experience, they kindly prepared porridge as requested for our girls, which was greatly appreciated and made our meal much more enjoyable as parents.

A special highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the warm-water swimming pool. Our girls absolutely loved spending time there, and it quickly became the favourite part of their holiday. The poolside service crew were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We would especially like to recognise the crew leader (unfortunately, we did not manage to catch his name) who remembered us and went above and beyond when an unexpected downpour interrupted our poolside meal. His team swiftly packed our food and arranged for it to be sent to our room, ensuring our family remained comfortable despite the weather.

We are equally grateful to the poolside crew who were always so willing to help us inflate our children’s floats. Their cheerful assistance made every pool visit easy and enjoyable.

Most importantly, our girls thoroughly enjoyed both the room and the swimming experience, creating wonderful family memories that we will cherish. After the girls had settled down for the night and our helper and nanny had headed home, we were even able to enjoy a little couple’s downtime at Woobar. The relaxing atmosphere provided the perfect ending to our days and allowed us to recharge as parents.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making our stay such a memorable one. It is clear that the team takes great pride in delivering exceptional service, and we truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our visit.

We look forward to returning again with our family.

Start of W Singapore
Pros:

What a wonderful country and property is this.
From the time we arrived the head concierge was very helpful and friendly welcome (Vince).
He make sure that our stay was memorable and the best.
The guest relations manager (rhea) who work beyond the expectations service, and the one who’s working in The Market ( Black Pink Grace ) is the best service during our lunch.

These is the star of this property!

Pool Maintenance & Breakfast Improvements (10th June)
Pros:

Dear General Manager Christian,

As loyal guests who frequently stay at W Singapore, we wanted to bring an urgent matter regarding the swimming pool to your attention.

Around 6:00 PM today, the pool area was overwhelmed by a massive swarm of flies. Insects have died and were coating both the water and the pool floats.

Actually, we have noticed this issue over the past 4 to 5 years—potentially linked to the surrounding landscaping—but it has now escalated to an unacceptable level.

To fully grasp the severity of the situation, one really has to step into the pool to see just how dense the swarm is.

We hope management can look into immediate pest control or landscaping solutions to resolve this.

On a separate and more positive note, we wanted to share some feedback on recent improvements:

Breakfast Buffet: Thank you for addressing the previous housefly issue at breakfast (Nov'25).
Dining there is now a much more pleasant experience, and we noticed no flies at all, even when leaving our table.

F&B Enhancements: We love the updated cutlery, glassware, and bowls. The wooden scoop in the cereal section is a lovely touch! We also appreciated a couple of new dish rotations, especially the glutinous rice and herbal chicken.

Amenities: The addition of the table-tennis table is a fantastic touch that we really appreciate.
We are also still holding out hope for a pool table in the future, if space permits!

We will be returning next month and look forward to seeing the continued upkeep of the property.
