Operating hours for the shuttle service are as follows:

- From W Singapore to VivoCity: 08:13, 09:20, 10:20, 11:15.
- From VivoCity to W Singapore: 15:30, 16:00, 16:30, 18:00, 21:15, 22:45, 23:15.

The main guest under whose name the reservation is made must be present at check-in. All guests must register and provide a valid physical identity card or passport. The minimum age for guests to check in is 18.

All deposits and transactions must be settled in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via credit card, debit card, or cash.

Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit that must be adhered to at all times.

Marriott Bonvoy benefits are not applicable to reservations made through third-party booking platforms.

Parties are not permitted inside guest rooms.

All unregistered visitors are required to leave the guest room by 10:00.

Great fun family holiday
Pros:

As a family of four, we had a fun, and relaxing stay. The resort is very kid-friendly—with free ice cream, popcorn, and even bath toys for our little ones. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with lots of tasty options. The staff were attentive and friendly, the pool was relaxing, and we loved the waterslide! We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return to W Resort soon.

Pros:

We would like to commend Raduan (The Reservation Agent), Anthony (The W Insider Coordinator) and Nigel (The Loyalty Manager) for their exceptional dedication. They were very responsive via emails, ensuring all arrangements were well taken care of even days before our check-in.

Upon arrival, we appreciated Gabby and her teammates and, Chloe & also JY at the reception for their friendliness and helpfulness.

Special mention to B&F Mgr, the jovial Bastiaan - we enjoyed having conversations with him. He is absolutely a sincerest and genuine young boy we have met during our stay. We love his charismatic attitude!

Our deepest gratitude to The Kitchen Table Team - the lovely Wahidah, the host Clarrisa, Pauline and Omar who ushered us to the dinning table and, the smiley Kang, Thahira, Akshita, Kristel, Wendy, Grace, Bhavani, Rica, Trinity and also the chefs at the noodles and omelette stations for their great vibes. The team members thoughtful gestures were so heartwarming and unforgettable - they delivered a plate of sweet treats to our table for our celebration.

In summary, we had an enjoyable and satisfying 4-night stay at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove. All the staffs we met were very polite, kind and committed to making us feel special, like a VIP. It’s absolutely a memorable and delightful place to stay which we would highly recommend anyone.

dies ist und bleibt eines unserer absoluten Traumziele!

Das Hotel liegt auf Sentosa Island in einer traumhaften Lage am Yachthafen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich eine Vielzahl von sehr guten Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, sehr geräumig und erstklassig - mit modernster Technik - ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus existiert ein riesengroßer, sehr angenehm temperierter, Pool sowie ausreichend super bequeme Liegen. Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich und zudem jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und super aufmerksam. Auch das im Zimmerpreis inkludierte Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist absolut zu empfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt im "W" und auf dieser Insel war einfach traumhaft. Es hat natürlich auch seinen Preis aber dafür bleiben kaum Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Wenn man am Pool Getränke bestellen möchte, muss man dies zwingend über ein smartphone beauftragen und dazu vorbereitend einen QR-Code mit dem Menu scannen. Eigentlich ne gute Idee aber wenn man durchgängig eine super helle Sonneneinstrahlung hat, kann man auf den Displays zum Teil kaum etwas erkennen. Vor diesem hintergrund wäre es wünschenswert, dass man auch bei einer der vielen Servicekräfte etwas persönlich bestellen kann.

Top-Notch Luxury Staycay!👍👍
Pros:

On the day of our arrival, what truly stood out the most was Daryl the bell boy - he was standing at the hotel entrance, very initiative and helpful with our luggage when we alighted the taxi. His hospitable gesture has made our arrival very pleasant, creating a welcoming first impression. He ushered us to the lift, to the second floor and directed us to the reception. The high-level of care and attention we received from Daryl was the best service we have ever experienced. He really nailed it! 2 thumbs up for him!👍👍

Huge shoutout to Gabby who handled our check-in with professionalism, she went the extra mile to assist us, providing helpful guidance that made the whole process hassle-free.

Special thanks to The W Insider Team - Tony, Aziq and Kristin who decorated our room beautifully with love balloon, wish card and brownie slice cake which was very kind and heartwarming. Their thoughtful gestures instantly lifted up our spirits.

The room attendants at level 5 were all very friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a cheerful smile, very diligent and kind. Kudos to them!👍👍

Woo Bar was one of our favourite chilling spot for us to relax and unwind ourselves while enjoying great bites and ice cold beers especially after a long day of exploring on Sentosa Island.
Special thanks to the team has always been an amazing host - we were warmly welcomed and attended by the lovely Ms. Q, Goutham, Azeem, Vinay and Willy. They greeted us with smiley face. They came to our table several times to make sure everything was fine and if we were delighted with the food and drinks. We were very impressed by their professionalism, they deserved well-praise for providing excellent service.

All in all our 4-night staycation at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove was amazingly wonderful. Once again our deepest gratitude to the entire Team❤️ for your warmest hospitality which we truly appreciate.

W for Wonderful
Pros:

A truly memorable stay at the W Sentosa, and much of that credit goes to the exceptional team that made us feel like valued guests throughout.
A special shoutout to Ms. Jas at the concierge is an absolute gem who went above and beyond at every turn. Ms. Bella at check-in made our arrival seamless and warm, and Ms. Q at WOO Bar ensured our time there was nothing short of delightful, going out of her way to accommodate our requests with a smile.
The rooms were excellent well-appointed and comfortable — and the swimming pool was simply superb. The fact that it's open 24 hours was a huge bonus; we made the most of it and loved every moment.
On the transport front, Bus B is a fantastic and convenient option, and the complimentary W shuttle to VivoCity was a real blessing,practical, timely, and much appreciated.
Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. The W Sentosa strikes that perfect balance of luxury, warmth, and fun. We will absolutely be back, and we'd recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a standout stay in Singapore.
