Please note that the hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card received upon check-in, if it receives notification of a credit card chargeback. Operating hours for the shuttle service are as follows:

- From W Singapore to VivoCity: 08:13, 09:20, 10:20, 11:15.
- From VivoCity to W Singapore: 15:30, 16:00, 16:30, 18:00, 21:15, 22:45, 23:15.

The main guest under whose name the reservation is made must be present at check-in. All guests must register and provide a valid physical identity card or passport. The minimum age for guests to check in is 18.

All deposits and transactions must be settled in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via credit card, debit card, or cash.

Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit that must be adhered to at all times.

Marriott Bonvoy benefits are not applicable to reservations made through third-party booking platforms.

Parties are not permitted inside guest rooms.

Our son loved the hotel so much that he was almost in tears because he didn’t want to leave.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at W Singapore. The hotel was very clean, and whenever we requested anything such as ice, towels, or other room amenities, the staff responded quickly and efficiently.

One of the highlights was the swimming pool, which is available 24 hours a day. We really appreciated being able to enjoy the pool even late at night.

There were a few occasions when some items, such as glasses, towels, or slippers, were missing from the room, but once we contacted the hotel, they were replenished immediately.

Cons:

The breakfast restaurant was quite busy at certain times, so we had to wait a little, but this was only a minor inconvenience.

Overall, we did not experience any significant problems during our stay. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and full of hospitality, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our visit.

Exceptional stay made unforgettable by Ria’s incredible hospitality!
Pros:

We have been visiting W Singapore - Sentosa Cove every summer since 2022, and it has truly become our family's home away from home.
What makes our stays so special every year is the exceptional warmth and hospitality, especially from Ria. She always goes above and beyond for our family. Following the thoughtful gift of sunglasses last year, this year she surprised us with two W T-shirts, as well as a wonderful birthday cake and balloons for my daughter's birthday!
Seeing my daughter so thrilled made this trip truly unforgettable. Ria's genuine care, attentiveness, and bright smile are the biggest reasons we keep returning to this wonderful hotel.
Thank you, Ria and the entire W Singapore team, for another fantastic memory. We have already promised her that we will be back again next summer!

An unforgettable experience on Sentosa Island
Pros:

A stunning hotel on Sentosa Island, with a large swimming pool in the middle of a garden surrounded by palm trees.
Our room had its own private pool, which was so refreshing after a day out exploring.
My experience at this hotel was so positive that my son has already asked to come back. The staff pay close attention to every detail to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Lovely family hotel
Pros:

Great location on Sentosa. Lush garden areas and a nice harbour promonade at your doorstep with access . Lovely outdoor pool with plenty of room for children who wants to play and adults who just want to relax. Rooms were nicely decorated, clean and very spacious, we had two roll away beds in the living room and this was just perfect for our family of 4. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and harbour.
Breakfast was fantastic, the children loved the Boba tea buffee.
Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early and we were allowed to check in earlier.
