A delightful, peaceful property, above the bustle of the city. We’d stay again. 😊🌻
Pros:

We had a ground floor apartment, with a pleasant rear courtyard / garden outlook. Walking from the front of the property, we could see the upper appartments and the fantastic bay views they enjoyed. The property is in a lovely, if steep suburb. The walk into the city is downhill past gorgeous domestic architecture and gardens, lots to admire. The inexpensive taxi ride home at the end of our evening was easy, just fine 😊🌻

Cons:

Our unit was clean and well presented but there was a strong deodoriser smell throughout when we arrived.

Perfect location, home away from home
Pros:

We stayed here 2wks and always love it. (3rd time staying here). It’s the perfect location for Hobart and surrounding areas. Great to have a self contained home away from home. We especially loved the pool and games room for the kids and watching the fireworks from out on the grass at the front 🥰. They staff are amazing too 🥰 highly recommend staying here!!!

Adequate but would not book it again.

Daily refresh of towels etc

Could not walk to town
Living area very dark even with lights on
Shower over bath
Whole apartment felt tired
No hand soap in kitchen
No basic cooking supplies at all - no salt, pepper, oil etc

Pros:

Car parks were right in front of the entrance.

Cons:

It was really hard to sleep, because all outside lights were on 24/7 shining right into our bedroom - even with blinds closed as much as we could it was still as light as day in the bedroom in the middle of the night.
The pool closes very early and was always overrun by uncontrolled kids - impossible to get an actual swim in.
The location looks central but is on a very steep hill, making it hard to actually go into town and back.
With two bedrooms, the bathroom facilities were insufficient for 4 adults.
