Weekend lungo a Lisbona!
Pros:

Hotel situato in una posizione perfetta sia per visitare il Barrio Alto che per accedere alla Baixa. La nostra camera era nuova ed arredata con gusto. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e pronto ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno a Lisbona.

Good location - metro nearby, a lot of beautiful places to see. Stuff is really friendly and helpful. We also had coffee machine in our room and the coffee from it was very tasty.

Tökéletes élmény volt! Minden szempontból csak ajánlani tudom a 9Hotel Mercy szállodát. A szobák tiszták, igényesek, a személyzet pedig rendkívül kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése egyszerűen kiváló: a legtöbb nevezetesség néhány perc sétával elérhető, így szinte minden kéznél van. Ennél jobb kiindulópontot nehéz lenne találni Lisszabon felfedezéséhez.

Külön szeretném megköszönni azt a kedves meglepetést, amellyel a születésnapomat tették még emlékezetesebbé. A szobába egy behűtött, elegáns pezsgőt, helyi süteményt, valamint egy személyre szóló, kézzel írt köszöntőkártyát készítettek be. Ez igazán megható gesztus volt, és jól mutatja, mennyire odafigyelnek a vendégeikre.

Lisszabon maga is csodálatos úti cél: gyönyörű, hangulatos város, rengeteg látnivalóval, fantasztikus kilátásokkal és kiváló ételekkel. Tökéletes választás egy városnéző kiránduláshoz.

Ha ismét Lisszabonba utazunk, biztosan újra a 9Hotel Mercy-t választjuk!

Never again as hotel description not accurate
Pros:

Rooftop bar which was on website not there for guests. We changed our previous reservation because it had rooftop bar and views. We were only told this at check in when asked. Cannot understand why it got good ratings on trip advisor. We asked for a gesture of goodwill from the staff but this did not happen.

Cons:

No rooftop bar or outside place to sit. Rooms dark and extremely hot with inadequate and noisy air conditioning
