Excellent location!
Pros:

Excellent location. Within 5-10 minutes of every tour (walking and Sintra bus tour) I did. Close to public transit, restaurants, and drinks.

Great potential and location, but slacking on basic upkeep
Pros:

This is a small, stylish and conveniently located boutique hotel in central Lisbon, within easy walking distance of many of the major tourist spots (if you don't mind the hills). The room was more than sufficiently large for a solo traveler, quiet despite the busy street outside, and very comfortable.

Sadly, maintenance seemed to have been overlooked as there were numerous issues with the room, from very poor drainage in the sink and shower to a dead Bluetooth speaker and unresponsive air conditioning. I knew there was a rooftop bar, but it was surprisingly closed during my stay, with no signage or other indication as to when it would be open. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Ultimately I did enjoy my stay but the maintenance issues are hard to overlook, and I will probably look for another property the next time I'm in Lisbon.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great location.
Pros:

We had breakfast included for 4 days, with a good variety such as porridge, scrambled eggs, and sandwiches. The room was quite spacious, and the staff were very friendly and always helpful. The hotel is located on an uphill, so be prepared for that, but it’s close to most tourist attractions, with shops and cafés nearby.
