Fantastic Resort in a top location. Great value for money!
Pros:

Loved the location! Beach is beautiful & well set up with chairs, umbrellas, sun lounges & restaurant/bar. Loved that Chaweng Road was just outside & the access to lovely restaurants. Room was large & comfortable!

Cons:

It would be nice if the pool bar had towels that you could exchange at the end of the day. It was so humid they didn’t dry overnight. A ceiling fan on the balcony would be great too! Sadly the staff weren’t at all engaging. House keeping were friendly but restaurant & bar staff hardly smiled, not even greeting you for breakfast!

ארוחת בוקר פשוטה יחסית. הבריכה לא ממש מזמינה כי היא כזה בצד ואין שקעים ליד המיטה למי שזה חשוב לו

Fair hotel near nightlife
Pros:

Location is great if you want to walk to bars and restaurants
Access to the beach

Cons:

Plenty of mosquitoes, not a bad idea to bring your own spray
Staff was ok but not amazing, guys on the beach bar were rude and somewhat discriminatory when asked to put charges on the room - they didn’t behave the same with european girls asking the same

Abgesehen von der guten Strandlage war dies die schlechteste Hotelerfahrung, die wir bisher in Thailand gemacht haben
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Chaweng Beach war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft liegt in guter Strandlage und bietet einen direkten Zugang zum Meer

Cons:

Leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Das Frühstück kostete 300 Baht pro Person und war mit Abstand das schlechteste, das wir in Thailand erlebt haben. Es gab weder Wurst noch Käse, lediglich alte Toastscheiben, Erdbeermarmelade und schlechten Kaffee. Das einzig Positive war das Rührei. Obwohl wir erst um 9 Uhr frühstückten, waren wir die einzigen Gäste – was im Nachhinein nicht überrascht.

Die Zimmer sind stark in die Jahre gekommen, das Inventar ist sehr alt und die Zimmer hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch. Außerdem befanden sich regelmäßig Tiere im Zimmer.

Besonders negativ war ein Vorfall mit einem Gecko im Zimmer. Die Security beschädigte beim Versuch, das Tier zu entfernen, eine Glasplatte auf einem Tisch und warf dabei auch unseren Koffer herunter. Beim Check-out sollten wir plötzlich 1.500 Baht für den Schaden bezahlen, obwohl wir diesen nicht verursacht hatten. Da wir unseren Flug erreichen mussten, einigten wir uns schließlich auf 750 Baht, um die Situation zu beenden.

Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Auch der Pool war enttäuschend: Er wirkte ungepflegt, roch extrem nach Chlor und bereits nach kurzer Zeit im Wasser verfärbte sich unsere Badekleidung. Zudem hatten wir anschließend Hautreizungen.

Wir waren bereits mehrfach in Thailand und auch schon mehrmals auf Koh Samui, aber eine derart schlechte Erfahrung haben wir bislang noch nie gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen
