快適に過ごせました
Pros:

設備は最新とは言えませんが、一般的なビジネスホテルとは一線を画すお部屋で少し贅沢な気分になれます。
駅や繁華街からは少し遠いですがバス路線があるので問題ないですし、夜は静かに過ごせます。
くれたけグループのハッピーアワーは有り難い！朝食もなかなか充実していて良かったです。

Cons:

個別空調だともっと良かったかなと。

サッカー観戦+観光=👍
Pros:

サッカー観戦で利用。スタジアムのある磐田市・御厨駅からJR12分と近く、浜松駅からはバス移動、バス停から近く便利でした。また部屋が広くゆったりしていて清潔感があり、朝食も充分な品数で、連休初日にこの料金はお値打ちでした。試合が夜だったので、前日午後と当日午前は浜松城などの観光も満喫、充実した休日になりました！

コスパが良い、ビジネスからファミリー向けホテルだと思います。
Pros:

夫婦でツインルームを予約していましたが、最上階のスイートルームを用意していただき、贅沢なお部屋で過ごす事ができました。
食事も数は和食メインで美味しく頂きました。

Cons:

設備が古いので、カーテンや絨毯に染みが多く見られます。（クリーニングはしているでしょうけれど、カビ臭さも気になりました）
また、洗面所や廊下はエアコンが効いてなくて暑かったです。

浜松旅行
Pros:

ダブルで予約していたが空きがあるからとスイートルームにアップグレードしていただきました。
広々したお部屋でゆっくり過ごせました。

良かった点は
①ベッドがフカフカで寝心地が良かった。

②11Fでベランダがついていて大きい窓だったので解放感があった。

③ロビーにコーヒーや紅茶のマシンがあって飲み放題だった。

④ウェルカムドリンクでドリンクバーがいただけた。

⑤設備の古さはあったけれど、キレイに清掃されていて快適だった。

Cons:

①ベッドサイドにコンセントがなかったので、スマホの充電場所に困った

②洗面所にコンセントが見当たらなくてドライヤーをどこで使えば良いのかわからなかった。

③バスタブとシャワー室が分かれてるのは床が濡れにくくて良いのですが、シャワー室が狭くて体が洗いにくかった。
シャンプーやトリートメント、ボディーソープを置くスペースが無くて床に直置きするしかなかった。

④トイレットペーパーの位置が悪くて使いにくかった。
