Ambiente agradable, personal amable y sobre todo buen servicio.

Former private house converted into a very small hotel. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help, however manager is nowhere to be found and therefore problems can not be solved promptly. Stayed 3 nights, only one of them with hot water. Also faucet from lavatory broke on day 2. Once I stayed 20 mins ringiing the bell to enter and no answer. Location is good and staff are friendly, but supervision is lacking. Think twice before staying here.

Owner Nuria is fantastic and happy to help with all travel plans, she even took me herself on a trip to the mountains to visit some markets and towns, a very pleasant and enjoyable day.

Overall the hotel was great. Staff goes far and beyond to assist you.

The only major issue was the language barrier which was really only a problem when they were unable to locate my reservation. Luckily my friend is local and I asked him to call for me to ask a question so we realized the mix up before I arrived and after a few hours the problem was resolved. Granted, I arrived at 8:00pm and checked out at noon the following day but I didn't meet a staff member who spoke English. However, they were especially sweet and accommodating with everything. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and there is a lovely terrace used for the dining area. Everything was very clean, the decor is new and contemporary and the wifi connection was strong. I had a single room which was large with a remodeled bathroom and the bed was sufficiently comfortable. As with most hotels the lighting in the rooms is energy efficient but these are the bulbs with the blue/green tint which could possibly be problematic if you were doing a lot of work in the room after sunset. The location is excellent! The Colonia Escalon is a lush and safe neighborhood and the hotel is located across the street from the Plaza Futura which includes many new restaurants and occasionally live music. If you are looking for an authentic Salvadorian experience the Plaza Futura would not be your thing as all of the restaurants are (or could be) located in North America. The hotel was listed as having an airport shuttle (which usually means they will arrange a cab for you unless it says "free") but I was advised to just pick up a cab at the airport so I arranged my own cab beforehand. I have stayed at another hotel not too far from there that was a little nicer and slightly cheaper but this location made the slight differences worth the choice.

I arrived late to hotel and was very well welcomed by person in charge. Since it was almost midnight I noticed they let some of the usual paperwork for next morning so that I could go rest. I was really impressed by how clean room is and well decorated.

La habitación y el Hotel por dentro está bastante bien. Mi única sugerencia para los dueños del Hotel es mejorar la presión del agua de la regadera, que en mi caso fue muy baja.

Jag rekommenderar inte detta hotell, chefen var sa ointresserad av , halsade inte och hade bara tid for sjalv. Vi var bara nagra fa gaster dar sa tid skulle hon, mildt sagt for oss gaster.Bo aldrig i detta hotell, eller om ni inte vill ha nagon service, prova det. Inga ombaddade sangar, dlig frukost och som sagt forfarlig kvinna som var boss dar.

It is located in the best area of San Salvador, less than a block from Plaza Futura which is a wonderful place to dine, it has a couple of casual dinning restaurants and some fast-food chains, in an open terrace, here is also access to ATMs and a drugstore. Right infront of the hotel there are private Taxis that are very safe and reliable. The staff is amazing, definitely recommend it.
