Things are all good except the lift C5. I’ve encountered twice when the lift spoilt during my stay over 2 separate perio
Pros:

It’s now under KSL Hotel management so apartment rooms are cleaner and better.

Cons:

There’s only one lift up to the apartment, during our stay the lift suddenly was out of order on the last day. We need to call the hotel staff to send someone over to enable us to use another lift to go up to our apartment. Luckily it’s our check out day, if not it’ll be so inconvenient.

Good in terms of location and room was nice and clean
Pros:

I had a connecting room and i cld hear the next rooms conversations. They were loud. In addtion you hotel lobby had no stting area while we waited for our transport at 4.30am. Guess since it was do early even the Starbucks area was close
