櫃台女性工作人員在服務我前面的男生痈說有笑仔細解釋飯店的設施各種備品位置和早餐用餐時間，等輪到我時就拉長臉我說英文他一律不回答，可以解釋她聽不懂，我尊重也理解但我說的他都明白但不回答，連早餐時段和備用停車場的備置都要我問才拿出地圖，跟前一個男士的服務態度天差地別，是說我付比較少錢嗎？房間有污物噴濺在牆面完全沒清
