Pros:

キャンセルできない予約でしたが喫煙室が気になり連絡したら禁煙室に変更してもらえました。流し台もあるツインの部屋で広くて清潔で朝食もメニュー多くて美味しかったです。お世話かけました。

また利用したい。
Pros:

受付の落ち着かれた年齢の女性の接客がとにかく気持ちが良いです。
まだ慣れていない若いスタッフへ教えている様子もロビーで過ごしている間、それとなしに聞こえてきましたが本当に感じが良く、この方が居ることでリピート客も増えるだろうし、職場環境も良くて長く勤める方が多いだろうなと妄想膨らみました。
朝食の間も補充や掃除にとこまやかに動かれており、気がつけば目で追ってしまうような働きぶり。
すっかりファンになりました。

Cons:

大浴場の備え付けドライヤーが洗面台に向かって左に設置されており右利きであると使いづらかったです。
