毎年同じ時期に浜松出張があるため利用させていただいております。
ウェルカムドリンクで、毎度ビールを1杯いただいているのですが、リラックスした施設利用を促してくれているようで馴染みやすく感じております。立地に関しては個人的には出張場所に近いので利用しやすいです。一方で、一般の方向けの情報としては浜松駅から徒歩で10分くらいかなと思います。しかしながら、浜松駅からホテルまでは繁華街を歩いていると気づいたらば到着している感じで距離的に苦にはなりません。一方で遠州鉄道で浜松駅から一駅くらいですし。立地はいい場所だと思っています。
特に不便を感じなかったので、よくなかった点はありません。ターゲット層はビジネスだと思います。

駐車場も空いていれば、1日800円で24時間出し入れ自由なので滞在中も車を利用して色々と観光ができます。
