Close to everything - clean and quaint - elevator very small so took the stairs
Elevator
Centrum Rzymu, blisko dworca Termini, sieci komunikacyjnej i mercato centrale, w którym można zjeść dania obiadowe, typowo włoskie, ale też kuchnie innych krajów.

Very comfortable room. The staff were also really great and accommodating us early after a long flight with an early check-in.
We couldn't fault this hotel
Near to railway station,
Lift is a nightmare very small and also shared by staff to take food etc up to 8th floor where the bar/ breakfast room is
Hotel was very close to the train station.
The shower was overflowing.
Perfect location for us as we were taking the train to the FCO airport in the morning. Wish we were able to enjoy the rooftop restaurant in the morning, but had to leave too early to do so.
Room was spotless and the bed very comfortable except for the pillows being a little to hard for our comfort. There may have been other pillows available, but we did not check.
Porter was a bit overzealous which I'm sure will annoy some, especially other Americans. Take my advice and always have a few Euro coins in your pocket for such eventualities and just let go with it.
We arrived at the hotel for our 4 night stay just after lunchtime staff were very helpful while we got booked in as our rooms were ready for us.
Our rooms were on the 4th and 5th floors, rooms were a good size and had everything we needed, the housekeeping staff kept the rooms spotless everyday, so a big thank you to them.
We had breakfast in the rooftop dining bar area every morning the views were out of this world, great choice to pick from and a good start to the day,the staff were super friendly and very helpful, at nigh-time we had drinks and the atmosphere was so relaxed and again the views were great. Thank you too all the staff.
The hotel was in a fantastic location very close to main train station and also buses and metro. We managed to walk to colosseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps.
We would definitely recommend this hotel we all had a great time and many happy memories.
Staff were brilliant, room was gorgeous and large, location was walkable to so many things and close to train, and great breakfast too
Lift was tight squeeze but ok
size of lift can cause delays
Lemin the bell boy in the hotel is absolutely brilliant! Couldn't do enough for us during our stay, went above and beyond and is so friendly and polite. The hotel and other staff are great too, comfortable accommodation, lovely roof terrace for evening meal (although not loads of choice) and a delicious buffet breakfast.
Ótima localização , hotel moderno, com quartos excelentes.
Café da manhã maravilhoso junto da equipe da michelly
The hotel is very clean and modern, with a beautiful rooftop bar overlooking parts of the city, which is also where the breakfast was served. It was close to the Termini train station, which is why we chose it as we needed to catch an early train on our last day.
The staff were not especially friendly, there was no warmth from the reception staff, when compared to other hotels we visited during our travels, which was a shame, however the man who helped us with our bags who was always very happy.
The lift was a nightmare, we were on the 6th floor and when we arrived it was broken, meaning a walk up multiple flights of stairs for my 70 year old mother who has health problems, so this was not ideal at all for her, she really struggled to do this.
Overall it was a nice hotel, in a good location, but the lift and not particularly friendly reception staff let it down.
We are on the 7th floor the only room there at the highest floor- nice suite but the horror is their lift does not work during our last 2 days and one of us has a bad knee and we’re forced to go down 7 fl or stairs and our luggage’s could not go down except for a brave porter who had to hand carry the bags down 7 floors and b/c the bags are heavy he almost damaged them as he banged the bags against the wood floors. We were able to use the lift when coming back but the next day the same problem happened when we were checking out. Don’t stay in this hotel as they only have one small lift and is prone to Stoppage!
A tale of two halves. A lovely hotel in a central spot walking distance to termini. The hotel is clean, rooms are nice.
3 weeks before arriving I emailed the staff asking if they could make some gluten free pancakes etc for my daughter. Despite confirming several times and even on the day of arrival by hotel reception when we got to breakfast the wait staff had no idea and it turns out they were not told and not something they could do. A disappointing start. Michelley the wait staff however was amazing and did everything possible
To make my daughter happy so kudos to her. The other staff were less sympathetic.
Great breakfast overall for everyone all round.
The family room we stayed in was clean and a reasonable size. The paper drinking cups were not something I would expect from this hotel. The bathroom
Fan was not working so 4 people taking a shower creates a lot of humidity. We did report this.
Overall a decent hotel. Good breakfast but if you are looking for gluten free items this is not the hotel ( ironic as it’s a country know for Gluten free products).
Small boutique hotel.Room was well appointed ,comfortable and clean- apart from the rug on the floor which was grubby and needed a good clean. During our 4 day stay the lift (there is only one )was out of action at least twice awaiting repairs -not ideal to have to walk up 5 flights of stairs to get to your room or get to the top 8th floor for breakfast.Breakfast was ok -mostly continental with a few cooked options such as scrambled egg and bacon.Omelettes and poached eggs were available to order at additional cost which was disappointing as the hotel wasn’t cheap -these items should be included.Reception staff weren’t particularly friendly and seemed pretty disorganised. I believe there was a dog staying at the hotel whilst we were there -which didn’t bother us at the time however it is not clear from their website that dogs are allowed.Should be made clearer as I would not chose to stay at a hotel where pets are allowed for my own personal reasons.
