"The staff were lovely, but unfortunately, the room needed some maintenance.

Great location & pleasant stay
Pros:

Hotel was in a good location. 5 minutes walk from the main train station which we caught from the airport. Staff were friendly although there were a couple of miserable staff on check in.
Great breakfast which catered for all which had lovely views from the top of the terrace.
Beware!!! Informed by the porter that there is NO AIR CON for the rooms. Heating yes but just be careful when booking in the summer months. Unfortunately no fan on offer. Room was spacious though no cutlery only wooden sticks so may want to take your own spoon 😀 paper cups also 🤦🏼‍♂️ Perhaps hotel may change their policy on these two minor things. All in all a lovely 3 night stay. Great base & a few good restaurants nearby

Fantastic
Pros:

Fantasic hotel with excellent rooms comfortable bed and a piping hot shower. All the staff gave exceptional service. Walking distance from train station and all the sights. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Highly reccomend and will stay here again.

Room for potential
Pros:

The hotel front desk allowed us check in an hour early which we highly appreciated. Being an Expedia Gold member and on our honeymoon, we were upgraded without any questions. However, the showers have room for
Improvement as there were a lot of scratches in the tub, the water didn’t drain properly and the buffet was average at best. The views from the rooftop are definitely wonderful to wake up to. There is only one very small elevator so on occasion we would have to climb the staircase up 5 floors to avoid waiting - not preferred. Overall, decent hotel very close to the Termini station but expensive for what you get.
