Hôtel très bien situé et au Calme dans Paris 12
Pros:

La réactivité de Loretta a l’accueil de l’hôtel qui nous a changer de chambre afin de pouvoir être dans les étages supérieurs et surtout au calme !

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer waren ruhig, das hotel liegt in einer netten Gegend. Wenige Gehminuten zu verschiedenen U-Bahnen. Perfekte Lage wenn man Paris und Disneyland besuchen möchte.

Cons:

An unserem letzten Tag , gab es kein Brot mehr (Baguette waren vorhanden). Unter dem bett hatte sich Lurch gesammelt.

Posizione ottima, camera pulita e staff gentile.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla metropolitana sia per andare verso il centro che per andare a Disneyland. Quartiere pulitissimo, sicuro e tranquillo. Personale cortese e dimensioni delle camera più che dignitose.

Cons:

I cuscini erano davvero molto duri per i miei gusti.

Une bonne adresse à retenir !
Pros:

Nous venons de séjourner durant 3 nuits dans cet hôtel très accueillant où règne une ambiance familiale avec du personnel aux petits soins.
Mention particulière à Loretta qui a eu la gentillesse de nous surclasser.
Jérôme est très gentil également.
Nous n' avons pas tous les prénoms mais rien à dire.
Environnement calme bien desservi.
Une adresse à retenir !

Le meilleur hôtel familial à Paris !
Pros:

Tout était merveilleux. L'emplacement, l'accessibilité en métro, la literie, la propreté, le calme. Mais je le recommande surtout pour le service ! Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Vraiment merci mille fois à eux, ils ont rendu ce week-end magique ! Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !

Very good value for money Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very near the Metro Stations. Lots of nearby restaurants, cafes, fruit store and even a Catholic Church where we were able to attend mass. Highly recommended.

Good hotel but sketchy encounter with owner
Pros:

Location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and public transit in a comfortable neighborhood. Staff are wonderful and super helpful.

The hotel is clean and quiet and we enjoyed the breakfast.

HOWEVER. One day I returned to my room in the middle of the day and saw a man letting himself into my room with a key. I hurried quietly down the hall and walked in right after him. He was taken aback and quickly left. As he walked away, I took a photo of him and later showed it to the worker at the front desk. She said he was the owner and went to ask him why he was entering my room, since this is not normally done.

He told her he was checking to make sure the staff had done a good job cleaning my room. In fact, I had asked the staff NOT to clean the room, so he had no reason to be in there at all.

The whole encounter with him felt shady and "off," and because of it, I would not stay here again.
