Am Mittag waren wir mit einem Voucher von Etoiles d'Alsace dort. Das Essen war sehr fein, auch die Weinbegleitung. Eine aufmerksame Bedienung hat uns verwöhnt.

Cons:

Der Zimmerpreis war ohne Frühstück. 20€ pro Person für Frühstück finde ich zu teuer. Wir haben mittags sehr gut gegessen, auch der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Am Abend waren wir noch einmal zum Essen dort, hier das genaue Gegenteil, sehr überforderter Service. Im Zimmer hat es penetrant nach Chlor gestunken, das war sehr unangenehm, leider verwendet man in Frankreich immer noch sehr oft diese Reinigungsmittel im Überfluss. Trotz der hohen Temperaturen waren viel zu dicke Decken auf dem Bett

In april boeken en op de dag van aankomst op een zolderkamer met de daarbij behorende kleine ramen worden geplaatst en als je vraagt om een andere kamer de mededeling krijgen dat het hotel was fully booked

Hotel trés bien . Restaurant nul
Cons:

Le restaurant est loin de répondre à une bonne table.
Les prix des plats sont exagérés ,les vins n'en parlons pas....
Le service est nul ,des individus en baskets ce n'est vraiment pas la classe.

bien, la preuve nous y revenons à chaque fois que l'on va en Alsace

Déjeuner correcte, il y avait de tout, j'avais demandé un petit dejeuner sans gluten pour mon mari, il n'y a aucun problème, ambiance calme, chambre très propre

Les personnes qui se garent sous les fenêtres est qui font tourner leurs moteurs pendant un certains temps, mais cela n'est pas du ressort de l'hôtel

Disappointed, saved by the small local restaurant run by a Turkish family .

Attractive Logis hotel, appeared to have just won a gastronomic prize.!

Cons:

We were told , after booking in the Hôtel restaurant was shut ! No service tonight. We asked for a. Taxi to take us elsewhere, apparently none could be booked. As we were on motorcycles we had to head out looking for dinner,( Hôtel advice was to go a town 10 km away. Less than 500 m away we spotted a pizza takeout joint with a French restaurant menu called Couronne de Matzenheim .We had a fantastic, and unforgettable meal . Nothing fancy but good local cookery.
On our return to the Hotel Charrue we found the restaurant full of people enjoying a great dinner. We confronted the manager who said there had been a translation error….
Very disappointed……no excuses…
