bien, la preuve nous y revenons à chaque fois que l'on va en Alsace
Pros:

Déjeuner correcte, il y avait de tout, j'avais demandé un petit dejeuner sans gluten pour mon mari, il n'y a aucun problème, ambiance calme, chambre très propre

Cons:

Les personnes qui se garent sous les fenêtres est qui font tourner leurs moteurs pendant un certains temps, mais cela n'est pas du ressort de l'hôtel

Disappointed, saved by the small local restaurant run by a Turkish family .

Attractive Logis hotel, appeared to have just won a gastronomic prize.!

Cons:

We were told , after booking in the Hôtel restaurant was shut ! No service tonight. We asked for a. Taxi to take us elsewhere, apparently none could be booked. As we were on motorcycles we had to head out looking for dinner,( Hôtel advice was to go a town 10 km away. Less than 500 m away we spotted a pizza takeout joint with a French restaurant menu called Couronne de Matzenheim .We had a fantastic, and unforgettable meal . Nothing fancy but good local cookery.
On our return to the Hotel Charrue we found the restaurant full of people enjoying a great dinner. We confronted the manager who said there had been a translation error….
Very disappointed……no excuses…

Hôtel très classe. Restaurant haut de gamme.
Pros:

Hotel très calme. Prévoir réveil pour votre... réveil , sinon vous dormirez plus longtemps que prévu.
La chambre est très belle et la literie en parfait état.
Place de Park à env 50 m de l'hôtel.
Concernant le restaurant, si vous arrivez d'EuropaPark où le midi vous avez manger un Hamburger gras et degoulinant de sauces tomate, cela risque de vous faire un choc. Le restaurant est un restaurant haut de gamme, avec serveurS, à votre service. Si vous n'y etes pas habitué, cela surprend et peut gêner. Mais les plats sont vraiment excellents.

Exquisite!!
Pros:

The place is charming, the room was excellent, the bedsheets were excellent french linen quality , and so were the towels. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is exquisite. With local products (cheese, charcuterie, juices, jam, the best bread!), the stuff was so polite, professional, and adorable. It's listed as a three stars, but it could easily go for a high 4 stars! And the restaurant! We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and had troubles also to find a restaurant and they had the amability to arrange us a table also. We had the pleasure to dine in a gourmet restaurant an exquisite dinner, cooked by the chef Nicolas Laurent (guide Gault et Millau 2024).This place is amazing, and all I can say is : chapeau bas à toute l'equipe!

That we couldn't stay more days, we had to leave the next day due to our program.

Pros:

Fine little town close to rust, good people, good sea food restaurant downstairs and good mood. Clean with parking.

Cons:

Room was old and carpeted, door lock was somewhat broken, building was not renovated and did not match pictures. Bed was too soft
