Please note that the reception is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6.30 pm. For arrivals on weekends the reception sends access codes. It is imperative that the customer informs his email and his telephone

In the summer season, a buffet breakfast can be enjoyed either in the dining room or on the terrace.

L'accueil est pro et sympathique.
La climatisation marche bien et n'est pas bruyante.
La chambre est assez grande, propre et confortable. J'avais un peu peur d'avoir du bruit car ma chambre etait au RDC, mais c'était très calme.
La bagagerie pour 2 euros jusqu'à 20h00 est tres pratique.
La salle de bain est assez petite, mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut.
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu mieux.
Des fruits, mais pas de salade de fruits frais et pas de lait chaud, et le café au lait de la machine n'est pas top. Mais il y a du choix, et l'endroit est agréable, avec les tables dehors et c'est ombragé.
Je serais bien restée plus longtemps mais dès le 1er jour du festival les prix doublent et là c'est trop cher.
Très bon emplacement pendant le festival. Proche de tout et au calme.

Le personnel très sympathique très accueillant l’emplacement exceptionnel tout prêt de la majorité des théâtres très important pour le festival d’Avignon, petits dej buffets convenables
En cette période de très fortes chaleurs, absence de la climatisation, le ventilateur mis à notre disposition n’était malheureusement pas suffisant,
L’emplacement pour le festival, la propreté et l’accueil .

Vétusté de la chambre et de la salle de bain, équipement de la cuisine rudimentaire, une seule lampe de chevet possible du fait du lit encaissé dans alcôve, absence de clim, place de parking réduite et non reservable, petit déjeuner peu varié et cher pour un prix élevé au regard des prestations et de leur qualité

Pas de clim dans la chambre pour une résidence à 150 euros la nuit c'est inacceptable avec la canicule. On nous encaisse 2 euros pour la bagagerie en plus. C'est faire feu de tout bois pendant le Festival.
