Great location for Ring of Kerry
Pros:

Beautiful historic building at the top of Main Street

Cons:

Stairs to get luggage up to our room were a struggle as we had 2 large suitcases.

The location was fantastic. There were great shops and restaurants all around us. Beautiful parks and castles.

Cons:

Our room was horribly hot. The rest of the hotel was fine. The walkways the lobbies it was cool outside. I have no idea why our room is so hot.

Great hotel in centre of Kenmare BEWARE car parking not guaranteed.
Pros:

Central location and lovely towels and bedding

Cons:

The hotel advertises free car parking. When we arrived it was full so they can’t guarantee a space. However the guy that met us was very helpful finding us street parking nearby. We think it should be advertised as limited car parking spaces. As this was the very reason we had booked the Landsdowne.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Hotel is so central its great. Had a late breakfast in the outdoor seating which was gorgeous.

Cons:

We had room No. 300 which was lovely but noisy as we were so near the fire door and the corridor is very creaky.

Over priced, extremely hot room, even the corridor was cooler, missing fan remote, small bathroom, restaurant was closed, breakfast not included which it should be for the price paid.

Definitely be back but would like a different room .
Pros:

Location is excellent loved the fact you can walk to all the lovely restaurants and bars . Shop in the boutiques and drop the shopping back to the hotel. It was also a great location to use as a base for sightseeing.

Cons:

The loo flush was insufficient we mentioned this to hotel reception and although the room was very comfortable there was no view to the outside apart from an alley. Furthermore the room was dark it wasn’t easy to do one’s make up or hair! Loved the ceiling fan though.
