Cons:

Die Zimmer waren bei der Ankunft nicht sauber. Das Getränkeangebot in der Bar war sehr minimalistisch. Es gab keine richtigen Snacks in der Bar. Es fehlten die Preisangaben.

Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, tuvimos una habitación con vistas al lago. El personal de máximo nivel y professionalidad. El restaurante muy bueno con un desayuno completísimo y productos de gran calidad.

Cons:

Cogimos ola de calor y no tenían aire Acondicionado. Había ventiladores con clima.

everything was good, but kids/babies in SPA area.
Pros:

This was my third stay at this beautiful hotel, and I have had the chance to stay in a different building each time. All three were equally wonderful.

The staff are exceptional—both the reception and restaurant teams are highly professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The rooms are beautiful, spotlessly clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. The views are simply breathtaking.

The spa is also excellent (apart from the presence of children and babies, which can disturb the otherwise peaceful atmosphere), and my massage experience was extremely enjoyable.

I have left the hotel with wonderful feelings after every stay and would happily return again.

Cons:

During my last two stays, there were children and babies in the spa, particularly around the pool. Due to the strong echo, the noise significantly affects the peaceful atmosphere. I would strongly recommend making the spa area adults-only.

Another concern is the large number of bees during breakfast and dinner time before sunset. Perhaps the hotel could create a designated bee-friendly area away from the dining tables to attract them elsewhere. I am highly allergic to bee stings, so having so many bees around poses a serious health risk for guests like me.

Disappointing Experience – No Lake View Despite Paying Extra

Anladım. Bunu otel yorumu/şikâyeti olarak daha net ve güçlü şöyle yazabiliriz:

Kısa bir doğa tatili ve özellikle göl manzarası için bu odayı tercih ettik ve göl manzaralı oda için ekstra ücret ödedik. Ancak fotoğrafta da görüldüğü üzere, bırakın odanın içini, balkondan dahi göl manzarası yoktu.

Resepsiyonu üç kez arayarak durumu ilettik. Bize göl manzarasının yalnızca üst katlardaki odalardan görülebildiği ve yardımcı olamayacakları söylendi. Özellikle göl manzarası için ekstra ücret ödediğimizi belirtmemize rağmen herhangi bir çözüm sunulmadı.

Asıl hayal kırıklığı ise yaklaşım oldu. Aldığımız cevap özetle, “Beğenmiyorsanız gidebilirsiniz, muhatabınız Booking.com.” şeklindeydi.

Sorun sadece manzara değil; satın aldığımız ve ekstra ücretini ödediğimiz hizmetin sunulmaması ve sonrasında çözüm yerine bu şekilde karşılık verilmesi. Kısa ve huzurlu bir doğa tatili için geldiğimiz bir otelde böyle bir yaklaşım beklemiyorduk.

Would be happy to come back!
Pros:

I had a wonderful short stay! The location was perfect, the staff were warm and attentive, and the wellness facilities were excellent. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of fresh options to choose from. The view from the room was stunning and made my stay even more special :)

Cons:

- unfortunately there was no “body&mind” classes during my stay
- and I missed having a fresh avocado for breakfast ;) but that’s just my own little quirk ;)
