Nao atendeu, caiu muito o nivel... so o cafe e a simpatia da equipe continuam bons...

O café da manhã e a equipe continuam excelentes, já o quarto e o hotel não atenderam como da última vez que estivemos lá; caiu muito o nível…

Cons:

Quarto de casal com 2 camas de solteiro, falta de canal de comunicação com a recepção (QR-code ativa um whatsapp que demora a responder ou não responde), barulho extremo da rua e do Porto caso fique em andar baixo (ficamos no 3o), a piscina nao estava funcionando no dia 03/08... e, o pior de tudo: o descaso ambiental com o consumo de agua, pois leva quase 5 minutos para a agua quente do banho sair do chuveiro, informacao passada pela propria recepcao = "precisa abrir o chuveiro no maximo e aguardar uns 5 minutos pra agua quente chegar"... um absurdo isso!
Gostaria que o Hotel Alice se retratasse oferecendo uma nova estadia para apagar a má impressão ou então devolvesse o valor de pelo menos uma diária… já estive no hotel antes e foi muito bom, desta vez fiquei bastante decepcionado e não fomos atendidos com o que um hotel deste nível/preço deveria oferecer.

Hotel antigo mas muito bem cuidado!
Pros:

Quarto grande com excelente iluminação!! Banheiro grande com ducha muito boa!
Pinturas nos quartos e dependências muito legais!!!

Cons:

O ralo do box do banheiro estava entupido, o ralo embaixo da pia talvez pelo fluxo e horário de pico retornava alagando todo banheiro! Solicitamoa a limpeza e as funcionárias foram extremamente solicitas mas como era período noturno não havia profissional para tal reparo.
Café da manhã básico.
Recepcionistas do período noturno me pareceram pouco profissionais ( jovens pouco sociáveis para a função)

Otimo custo benefício
Pros:

Prontidão da gerencia, que trocou o colchão duro do quarto por um adequado. Quartos amplos, ótimo cafe da manhã. Custo benefício muito bom. Recomendo !!

A localização é ótima! A rua é super tranquila e as instalações do hotel são maravilhosas.

Cons:

Tudo foi maravilhoso, exceto a falta de flexibilidade no check-in, pois avisei com antecedência o horário que eu chegaria e eu pagaria eventual diferença, caso necessário..

Quarto amplo, chuveiro ótimo, banheiro espaçoso, café da manhã excelente, vista linda, e agora com restaurante funcionando a noite com pratos bem acessíveis e variados, inclusive pizza.

Cons:

Poderia ter mais opções de travesseiros, ar condicionado um pouco barulhento porém o custo benefício supera esses pequenos inconvenientes.
