Two things:
We were there in hot weather and there was no aircon
The WiFi wasn’t adequate to stream anything. I noticed a booster on the landing outside our room but if it needs one of them it’s always a bad sign

A bright and cheerful hotel in a fantastic location with friendly staff and a great breakfast.
Pros:

A very cosy little hotel literally on the jetty in Saint Martin. Our room looked freshly decorated in a light, nautical theme. The shower room was not big but had everything you would need. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Nothing - it was lovely!

Location was perfect, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast a treat
Pros:

Location very close to the central harbour area, great staff, lovely breakfast.

Our son had an online presentation for his university and the staff found a quiet room with Internet for him to do this. Special mention to Amadou for arranging this for him, and the hotel manager.

Excellent hotel for a short stay in beautiful Saint Martin. Nice beds and linen. Splendid breakfast.
Pros:

An exceptional property. Great value. Nicely decorated rooms, spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed with nice linen. Great location to walk to restaurants and activities. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast far exceeded exceptions.

Nothing to dislike.

Nous avons passé une bonne nuit bien reposante
Pros:

C’est un établissement bien décoré très propre, son meilleur atout reste la localisation qui parfaite. Au petit déjeuner nous avons manqué de rien le buffet est super.

Cons:

La chambre où nous étions est assez petite, la salle de bain mériterait une douche à la place de la baignoire.
