Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Rzut beretem do atrakcji starego miasta. Blisko za rogiem linia tramwajowa, mimo to zgiełk uliczny jest niezauważalny. Za drugim rogiem skwer Bogusia Smolenia i kino jakiego w innych metropoliach już nie znajdziemy. Dostępne miejsca parkingowe co dla małych zacisznych hoteli w centrum śródmiejskim nie jest regułą. Nietuzinkowa i przytulna sala śniadaniowa choć trochę onieśmiela - jeżeli przytrafi się nam zadzwonić łyżeczką w szklance to na pewno wszyscy to usłyszą 😆.
