Pros:

Perfect location -- in a calm and quiet street, in walking distance from the city centre, close to nice restaurants. The room was cosy, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped. Cleanliness is immaculate. The breakfast is rich, substantial, variable and includes some nice home-made products of the family who is running the hotel. Adrian, the manager is very helpful, and he is continuously focussing on the needs and comfort of his guest.

Far exceeded my expectations. Run by conscientious manager who cared about his hotel guests
Pros:

Hotel manager's personal service was exceptional. He fixed transport for us to the salt mine. Booked the best restaurant in Cluj. Told us exactly what to visit.

The breakfast was outstanding. Very healthy and something for everybody. Excellent coffee,cooked breakfast. Huge attention to detail

Cons:

Nothing. Loved the architecture and furnishings of the hotel. Made very homely.
