No geral gostamos da estadia, voltarei novamente.

Café da manhã muito bom! O custo benefício pela localização é ótimo!

3- Refeitório, muito organizados, atenciosos e cuidadosos... Em especial relevamos a atendente Céu, muito animada, prestativa e zelosa com os clientes.. pra nós ela fez a diferença.... excelente..

Ao chegarmos no corredor onde ficava nosso quarto, havia um cheiro muito forte e desagradável. A equipe de limpeza tentou disfarçar com bom ar, o que piorou ainda mais o ambiente fechado e cheio de carpete. O cheiro no quarto estava igual. Abrimos as janelas (ainda bem que abriam, caso não teríamos que pedir para mudar de quarto) e deixamos o ar ligado por cerca de 1h para que o quarto tivesse condição de uso. Nosso tempo de permanência foi apenas uma noite. Estávamos de passagem, pois nosso voo seria no dia seguinte. Infelizmente me esqueci de um item no quarto. Contatei o hotel logo que saí para avisar, via whatsapp. Eles localizaram o item e me passaram o valor para envio. Aceitei. Depois me mandaram o comprovante e o valor era bem menor ao que eles haviam pedido (3x menos). Questionei e eles alegaram que foi devido ao custo com transporte + taxas do serviço. Continuei questionando, pois vi que a agência de correio mais próxima ficava a 6min do hotel, então, eles apagaram o comprovante da conversa. Situação bastante desagradável. Fiquei bem chateada. Já tinha até pensado em não avaliar a questão do cheiro. Mas esse episódio final acabou com qualquer boa impressão.

Pros:

Cama boa, café da manhã muito bom, tem um shopping anexo ao hotel excelente.

Cons:

Algumas vezes a porta que dá acesso ao shopping estava fechada, tinha que dar a volta pelo lado de fora para chegar ao hotel, causando um certo transtorno.
