Gute Lage, teures Parken, laut je nachdem in welchem Schlafzimmer man ist
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, teilweise gute Betten

Cons:

Da es zentral liegt, gibt es drumherum nur Anwohnerparkplätze. Daher muss man auf die Parkplätze direkt am Haus zurückgreifen. Diese werden aber von extern betrieben, d.h. man muß sich eine App runterladen, ein paar Minuten Zeit investieren um sich durchzuklicken und dann darf man für 24 Stunden 19,55€ bezahlen. Das wurde bei der Buchung nirgends erwähnt.
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im ersten Stock. Der Aufzug fährt zwar auf diese Ebene, aber dann muss man nach draußen treten und nochmal 7 Stufen mit dem Gepäck zurücklegen.
Das vordere Zimmer hatte zwei sehr bequeme Betten Richtung Innenhof. Diese waren ruhig gelegen. Das zweite Zimmer, welches man nur durch das Erste erreicht, liegt zur Straße raus und ab 6 Uhr donnern dort die Autos und LkWs vorbei und es wird laut. Die Scheinwerfer strahlen jedes Mal durch die Verdunklungsvorhänge durch. Die Betten in den hinteren Zimmer sind auch nicht mit den vorderen vergleichbar, leider durchgelegen.

Cons:

There was no option to park by the hotel without using app. As far as the app did not work for us, we had to drive the car to the nearby parking. Also, in the room for 5 people there were only two cups available. Besides this, the lady at the reception desk was far from welcoming.

Fijne en ruime overnachtingsplek voor als je op weg bent of terugkomt uit Zuid Europa.
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer en ook handig dat er een kleine kitchenette aanwezig was.
Prachtig pand ook waar het in gevestigd is.

Pros:

La réactivité du personnel suite à des désagréments que j’ai vécus lors de mon check-in automatisé.

Cons:

Que la borne check-in ne fonctionnait pas et que j’ai dû attendre au milieu de la nuit durant 1 heure et demie avant de pouvoir entrer dans la chambre.

Cons:

Die Übernachtung war okay, aber der Kundenservice / Personal ist echt extrem schlecht, deshalb würde ich das nicht weiterenpfehlen. Ich versuche seit 2 Wochen eine Rechnung für meinen Aufenthalt zu bekommen und die KI am Telefon legt immer auf und leitet mich nicht an die Mitarbeitenden weiter.
