Stay was adequite, would however consider alternatives for future visits.
Pros:

Its location is ideal. The building adds alot to the history of the city.

Cons:

Rooms are not well ventilated, and have no aircon (fan was supplied)

No house service

Parking is quite expensive too. Had to pay over EUR70 for 2.5 days - not really adding up with the price of the rooms, given the „lean operating model“ of the hotel.

Das aus der Badewanne ein ekliger Abfluss Geruch kam, Flecken auf den Kissen, Toilette und Badewanne nicht geputzt wenn es allgemein um Sauberkeit geht eine reinste Katastrophe

Durch den Wechsel des Besitzers und des Namens sind offensichtlich noch zahlreiche Änderungen nötig

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ist lohnenswert 👍
Pros:

Die Lage ist schön zentral.
Das Ambiente der alten Zigarettenfabrik hat mir sehr gut gefallen👍

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren hart und die Kissen viiiel zu dick. Zum Glück hat ein Mitarbeiter noch ein schmales Kissen gefunden.
Das Frühstück - naja, ich bin satt geworden 😉

Alojamiento perfecto para familias. Gran amplitud de las estancias.
Pros:

La amplitud de las habitaciones. La insonorización y comodidad de las camas.
El hotel está lo suficientemente cerca para poder ir andando al centro pero a la vez en una zona muy tranquila.
Tiene un pequeño office con fregadero, nevera y algo de menaje. Nos dejaron una botella de agua de cortesía que se agradece con las altas temperaturas que había el día que llegamos.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet -das Stadtzentrum ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Cons:

Das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage war bei den extrem heißen Temperaturen Ende Juni kaum auszuhalten. Das Gebäude hatte sich so stark aufgeheizt, dass es im Zimmer weder tagsüber noch nachts erträglich war. Auch der Ventilator konnte die Situation nicht verbessern. Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn in der Hotelbeschreibung ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen würde, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. An weniger heißen Tagen ist das Hotel jedoch ein schöner Ort für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Baden-Baden.
