Pros:

Wir waren schon in einigen Hotels und das war nicht 4 Sterne like.
In der Regel wird bei Abreise auch gefragt wie der Aufenthalt war. Dies geschah nicht es gab eine Schlüsselübergabe und das wars.
Preis Leistung waren ok, aber geht auf jeden Fall besser.
Die Möblierung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

Alles in allem gut. Sehr geräumige Suiten, Mobiliar aber leider z.T. etwas altmodisch. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, allerdings nur in begrenzter Zahl.

Room was nicer than the photos and bigger than it looked. AMAZING location, just a short walk from the start of the hiking trails in to the Black Forest and a short walk to the city centre with plenty of options for shopping, spas, and restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I will gladly come back here again!

Very pleasant, relaxed, huge amount of space and kitchen facility. Great for a longer stay for people who enjoy hiking.Extremely good value for money. No Air Conditioning so do not book during a Heatwave. Staff are very lovely.

The Batschari Palais was a wonderful place to stay in Baden-Baden. It has onsite outdoor parking for a small fee or a parking garage for a fee. It is in a quiet neighborhood easily walkable to the center of Baden-Baden.
The hotel has an on-site spa, which was super convenient and affordable. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and willing to help answer all inquiries about the area.

Wir waren über Silvester im Hotel und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr herzlich und angenehm. Die Parksituation ist etwas kompliziert, haben aber dennoch einen Parkplatz direkt vorm Eingang zugewiesen bekommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für einen besuch in Baden Baden, alles in Laufnähe. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und üppig, für jeden Geschmack was vorhanden. Unser Zimmer selbst, war sehr groß und ruhig gelegen, uns störten lediglich die Hundehaare, die die Reinigungskraft wohl übersehen hat.

Palais in Neo-klassizistischen Stil. Große Junior Suite mit hohen Decken, was man nicht alle Tage hat. Es war sauber und die Empfangsdame sehr freundlich. Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Man konnte direkt vor der Tür parken. Direkt um die Ecke liegt das Festspielhaus und in die Innenstadt muss man 15 Minuten laufen. Aber es ist noch alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar

Absolutely wonderful!
Pros:

Charming old building, huge, lovely room with kitchenette, big bathroom, everything very clean, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, not too long a walk from the old town / city centre. We could check in well before the check-in time, it was raining, so big thank you for that.

Pros:

Die Suiten sind alle sehr groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es ist ruhig und die Stadtmitte ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es sollte jedoch erwähnt werden, das der "Spa-Bereich" sehr sehr klein ist und nicht vom Hotel betrieben wird. Die Sauna ist eher wie eine Privatsauna für zu Hause zu sehen und man muß sich an der Rezeption dafür anmelden. Es gibt im Zimmer auch keine Bademäntel und keine Saunahandtücher.
