Pros:

1.extra bed charge was not worth it while the bed condition looks like flip table.
2.scared to used the extra bed which could harm customer.
3.no plug near bed to charge any device.
4.price RM 374.00 + RM 40 (charge for extra bed) not worth it.
5.request for extra glass(but the staff said not available/finish.

please and please do improve ur room facalities for easy customer charging any device.

Cons:

when I checked out, I asked for a receipt or proof of stay, your hotel staff refused to give me the receipt or even the proof of stay, and told me the receipt should be issued by Booking.com But when I contacted Booking.com, it replied that I should have got it from the Premier Hotel. Two sides just kicked the ball to each other and ignored customer request. I am very disappointed.

Never again what a shame
Pros:

Arrived first room had no working lock on door 2nd room very poor plug behind pillows shower broken no breakfast even though it was offered on booking bed sprung mattress which was uncomfortable springs sticking thru mattress management no where to be seen even after many requests
Not offered any alternative room or compensation ruined our trip no usable table as it was being used for the telly
Very young staff with very little customer service training
