Professional property host/manager
Poppy and the team are friendly, helpful and professional. Quiet location but only a few minutes by Grab to Seminyak Beach etc. Great price too!
Excellent service. No kids
Very quiet doesn’t take long to fall asleep
Nice and quiet, clean and wonderful service. Rooms were spacious enough for living area separate to bedroom. Comfortable bed. Pool very convenient.
Little suburban cafe across the quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. For the price it’s more than convenient. Would stay again.
The positives - The hotel is just far enough out of the hustle and bustle and is nice and quiet.
Great pool, and Poppy the Manager is really really lovely. The main bedroom was clean, and the rooms are huge and spacious.
There is good coffee at the 'Good Neighbour' across the road (although expect to pay Aus prices) and beautiful meals at the Dream Villa's just down the road. There is also a little convenience shop and laundry 5 minutes walk away.
The negatives - I would have given 5 stars for the
staff, however did advise a cleaner I didn't want my room cleaned (had not locked my $$ away and my suitcase was open. 15 minutes later I came back and the young cleaner he was working with was in my room starting to clean it. I was really unhappy about this. He probably wouldn't have done anything, but it was the fact that my wishes weren't respected.
Parts of the property around the pool etc could do with a bit of TLC, and inside the kitchen cupboards / drawers needed a good wipe out.
Will definitely stay again, and thanks for having us!
We loved our stay. The staff were very friendly and nothing was any trouble. Loved our room, very comfortable and a great pool. Thank you
We really enjoyed our stay here. The suite was spacious and comfortable. Lovely peaceful pool area. The staff were wonderful and the attention to customer service was amazing. Highly recommended if you do not want a resort style stay.
Nice place, would stay again.
Great staff , very relaxed and close to all the desired destinations.
I had a truly wonderful experience at Kamar Kamar Hotel in Seminyak. The rooms are exquisitely decorated and stylish, with spacious interiors and a kitchens for preparing simple meals. The bathroom is a luxurious oasis, featuring a rainfall showerhead, large open-air window, and premium amenities like body lotion, hand cream, mineral water, and plush bathrobes.
The bedroom is equally inviting, with thoughtful touches like lavender sachets and essential oils to promote a restful night's sleep. The hotel's tranquil atmosphere and stunning pool views, complete with cascading plants and a picturesque koi pond, made for a breathtaking wake-up experience.
The staff were exceptional, particularly Poppy at reception and driver Gede, who provided outstanding service. I was honored to meet the owner, a talented designer from Borneo, who lived in France, has infused the boutique hotel with authentic art and antiques.
My stay at Kamar Kamar Hotel was truly unforgettable, and I feel grateful to have experienced the beauty of Bali and its people. Thank you for creating such cherished memories.

We loved the property. It was quiet. Staff trustworthy and the best Pool beautiful. Room and living area perfect. Would have Iiked breakfast but only short walk to nearby cafes. Really good value for money. Taxi cheap into main shopping area Low budget but recommend highly.
Great staff and very helpful.
Left something behind when we checked out, they went through the rubbish and found it for us. That's service !
Would stay again if in area 🙏
Staff are exceptional. Lovely pool, excellent breakfast and large rooms (seperate bedroom, lounge area, bathroom with rainfall shower head and smoking area at rear of apartment if needed. Very quiet street with lots of greenery surrounding the premises. About 1km from the beach, but well worth the stay.
Great value for the price.
Emma and staff were fabulous and deserve to be highly praised for their efforts in making our stay a very pleasant and memorable experience. The attention to detail like the hand picked flowers in the room, the pool and garden illuminated at night and interior art and boutique are unique touches that add to the charm of this relaxing hotel. The breakfast was very good and all requests were dealt with professionally and promptly. The location is very convenient as well overall I definitely recommend Kamar Kamar Boutique Hotel.
Don’t have enough good things to say about this hotel. The service was impeccable, rooms are clean, staff is very polite. They were accommodating to all our needs. Don’t walk, RUN to the boutique hotel. We can’t wait to come back to this relaxing, home away from home. Thank you Kamar Kamar!
Firstly I would like to say that the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities however, are very basic, there is no bar or restaurant, and it does look slightly dated, (having said that, there were a few pieces of furniture around that were really lovely). The breakfast appears to be cooked off site and brought in, hence 5 out of 7 cooked breakfasts were cold! The shower head in our room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned or descaled in a while as it was covered in green stuff and the water from the shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor, making the glossy tiles rather slippery, so be careful! There are only 6 sun beds for a potential 20 guests, which is a shame as sometimes it meant no relaxing by the pool. We spent the best part of night without electricity, which also happened to be our 30th wedding anniversary, so not one we will forget, (the hotel did offer apologies and a free massage as compensation, so not all bad). It is advertised as a boutique hotel and I should imagine this business model really worked a number of years ago, but is now missing the mark in several areas.
Just stayed 1 night after 10 hours of travelling . Location was perfect for us as there was a spa 2 door down on 1 side and a great cafe on the other side . Service was impeccable!! Only comment is that the bathroom had a slight sewer smell ( common in Asia but I’m sensitive to smells )
Not a bad hotel. Not great either. The A/C is very weak and you can't leave it on when you leave so the room is unbearable for the first 30 minutes whenever you get back. Also the area is terrible b/c there's a transportation mafia that overcharges you and doesn't allow grab pickups. Definitely would NOT stay here again.
Lovely place. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel like one of the family. Great little boutique hotel with a lively pool and spacious rooms. Can't praise the staff enough, and the bed was the most comfortable I have stayed in during my 6 months travelling.
Not the most convenient location but the rooms are large and the pool
Is pretty. It is quiet and safe.
Breakfast was not the best S they don’t have their own restaurant.
