One woman staff member in reception was really nice
No lift and was put on the top floor when I have a 10 month old baby and a pram and lots of luggage
No cot for baby available (but the woman behind reception did manage to get one from a different hotel after one night )
Cleaning staff tried to charge me 300Baht for two dirty towels (they hadn’t tried to wash them they just said no- but they were dirty from the floor in the bathroom)
No hot water for first two nights
Television only worked for two nights out of the 7 and it was fuzzy
Nothing “boutique” about it
I was charged 50baht for a missing tea spoon (i never used the kettle and coffee equipment)

This hotel should not be described as 3 stars.
Aside from the incredibly uncomfortable, concrete quality mattress and feeling as if you are outside next to the busy traffic due to zero building insulation and shutters as opposed to actual windows - the room was dirty. Most notably the black mould in the bathroom around the sink and shower floor/walls, there were cobwebs in every corner and the shower was so caked in soap scum it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bed sheets and pillow cases all had significant stains and there weren't even towels available in the room upon our arrival. We asked for our room to be made up on our third day staying there, and all that was done was new bottles of water and a sloppily made bed with existing sheets. None of the photos in the listing are up to date. All the furniture in the room had scratches and marks and were visibly damaged from previous occupants.
We cut our week long stay short and relayed all of these concerns and issues to booking.com, who's solution was a $50 reimbursmemt. This did not even cover one nights stay at the hotel.
Very disappointed all around and would strongly advise that no one stay here as it is an incredible waste of money and a genuine health risk. The only redeeming quality of this place was the very kind and apologetic receptionist.
3000 bht deposit for 500 per night stay? Staff unhelpful and absolutely no English
Very clean and had everything we needed. Bottled water. Fridge. Kettle. Air con was really good.
The WiFi did not reach our room - we were on the 4th floor so don’t think it reached. Seemed to work downstairs better.
Good location wasn’t a fan of Phuket so didn’t stay long!

The price and value for money. But having said this my stay was during low season.
I would not pay high season prices for this hotel. Example in October-February the price of a room at this hotel TRIPLES-it’s not with that price.
The room is well appointed and the bed is comfortable. House keeping is served every day 👍
The pool is fantastic and not too busy.
Great central location close to eateries and shops. Comfortable room and atmosphere.
