Location was nice and it was well connected. They also sent someone to pick us up from the train station.
Starting with the breakfast, it was terrible. The porridge was very wattery, the coffee was bitter, the beans extremely sweet, tasting only of sugar. The person who conducted the check in was not friendly. Our room was on the ground floor, so there was no privacy and we couldn’t open the windows properly.
Excellent location just outside the city walls. All the staff were excellent and very attentive. It was lovely to come back to sit around the pool after sightseeing. Food is served all day and again excellent. Couldn’t say enough about this hotel, a must when staying in Jaipur. Beautiful heritage hotel
Nothing, everything was fantastic
Great place and fantastic staff. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again
The location the food and breakfast. It meets my expectations and above
Really cute and homely place. Excellent staff, super attentive and make it their mission to make your stay the most pleasant and comfortable it can be. They upgraded us for free when we complained about noise in the passageway our room was next to - they absolutely didn’t have to but it’s just how they roll!
Some of the rooms have windows facing smoking areas so its not great to keep the windows closed constantly fearing smoke getting in. But I’m sure if pointed out, the staff would do something to fix it (we didn’t complain).
Everything. Staff, cleanliness. Location. Food. Huge room.
Clean, comfortable, nice heritage interior, lovely breakfast
2 kilometres outside of city, expensive restaurant prices
There was a relaxed vibe in the hotel and the colonial ambiance is nice. Breakfast was also good!
The pool looked better in the pictures. Not to sure about the location.
The staff was friendly and nice, the room was clean and even provided extra blanket on request, the bed was comfortable to have good rest. We arrived late night and was generous to provide dinner at late hour.
The location of the property is quite, and the architecture was preserved with private balcony and great room.
Niets
Beautiful hotel just outside the main city. Hotel organised a driver to take us to the fort and we got Tuk tuks easily to take us out in to the city and to restaurants. We ate in the hotel for lunch and dinner one day and food and service very good. Lovely big bedroom and bathroom. Would recommend
A very good hotel, nice retreat from the busy old town of Jaipur. Friendly staff.
Our rooms were beautifully decorated, an authentic boutique feel to the whole place. They were clean, very large comfy beds, quiet - all the things you need. The communal areas had some wonderful heritage furniture and interesting items.
