It took three tries to almost get the correct room.
First room was the wrong allocation.
Second room smelt like human poo.
Third room was the wrong bed size, dusty, dirty, mouldy, dirty carpet. The bathroom had toothpaste left stuck to the bench from a previous guest. The entire stay was terrible. The shower was like warm and I felt dirty after my shower. Don't stay here.

Great family rooms available
Pros:

Great property and would definitely stay there again. To be helpful and not critical the two things that could be improved are: 1. The air con system was difficult to set for what temperature we wanted. 2. We love a buffet breakfast that you can select what you want. At East Hotel there is only a cafe and you have to choose from a menu.

East Hotel is in a great location. The room service was excellent. The room needed some maintenance with floor tiles lifting near the door. The tablet the gave you information about your stay needs a lot of work. You could not adjust the brightness and the font was too small and could not be expanded. Obvious things like check out times were not clear. But overall a very enjoyable stay.
