Easy check in the receptionist was very friendly and helpful she explained how and where the breakfast was served and offered to make reservations for dinner as they were reasonably busy that night. The beds were comfy had a great night's sleep there was no outside noises to be heard.

Cons:

Nothing they just need to keep doing what they always do have stayed here many times and could not fault them.

Great views, fine accomodation.
Pros:

Water views were fantastic.

Cons:

It would be nice if there were a screen door to the balcony and not just a glass door so that we could have fresh air without worry of insects. Also I did not like the bright red smoke detector light right above the beds which was annoying when you are trying to sleep.

Great hotel, breakfast was amazing and the staff were lovely and friendly. The room was great and the location is amazing with the huge Westfield mall just across the road and the lake is an excellent view.
