A great hotel, lovely views, exceptional staff
Pros:

Great choices for breakfast with quality food. Ate dinner at the hotel one night - huge serving and exceptional value
Rooms very comfortable and spacious.
The view from every room is West Lakes so you can watch rowers as they practice each day

Awesome hotel with amazing restaurant Tunki!
Pros:

The room was big with a nice balcony. The views were spectacular both from the restaurant and from the room. Loved that so close to everything - beach, a playground, a shopping centre. Tunki restaurant was the highlight of our trip, we went there twice for dinner.

Cons:

Pool needs a renovation.

You get better toilet paper in the public toilet at the mall!
No streaming services which was disappointing esp seeing some free to air channels had such bad reception they were not watchable
Ran the spa and chunky floaters came out! Gross

A little disappointing this time, as we stay here a lot. But must say the Staff are always absolutely amazing.

Location and the service from the staff.

Cons:

That they changed the Wok menu! Because it use to be amazing before and now it’s basic. For example the chilli prawn was not chilli at all. The Singapore noodles were not on the menu and they are the best I’ve ever had. We also had a homeless man just sleeping in his car, acting aggressively and pooing in the garden in plain sight of us.
