All good, but maybe not as good as previous years
Pros:

Breakfast was fine but not as good as our previous stay, easy access to lift, happy with the pool, meal we had Saturday night was very good.

Cons:

The shower in our room, no hot chocolate sachet in the room and no spare water in the room. No pool noodles in the pool room. No smart Tv. And the Tv was too low if you were lying down on the bed you couldn't see it well enough

Cons:

breakfast availability versus cost was limited. The room - had to have maintenance fix the toilet upon arrival, the body wash in shower was not refilled in the 2 days - was empty upon arrival. No "soap" provided for use in the spa.

stay here again but wont be getting the breakfast next time
Pros:

It was very nice the pool and spa look really good but we didn’t use them our stay wasn’t long enough or room was gorgeous the in room spa was nice

Cons:

We got the breakfast with our booking although it was very nice you had to pay extra for a coffee or sides like bacon mushrooms avocado hash browns you only got one side dish on your breakfast that was disappointing as the meal i ordered was so good but small i think going into the food court across the
Road would be the better option

We told house keeping not to worry about doing our room and when i made the bed there was a slight issue with the cleanliness of our bedding but a call to receptionist got that sorted quickly

Pros:

We have stayed at the Lakes for several years. It is central to where we need to be and has easy access.

Cons:

We had 2 fire calls (2a.m. and 2.30ish). 2 fire engines attended both times but not one staff member told anyone what was happening, what we needed to do, where we needed to go etc. The man on the desk said "he had no idea what was happening" when asked. I spoke to the Manager the next morning and suggested your fire drill be looked at.

Disappointing and last visit
Pros:

The location is great and I got the spa room which is great too.

Cons:

I had to wait half an hour for the room to be ready because it was not ready and cleaned yet when i arrived. The staff was a bit rude, too. After that, i got the room, it was not clean and the spa was dirty and i washed it myself and the room was dusty and the pair of socks were left from the previous guest. Not happy about it at all. So gross. I usually reserve the room twice a year but this was the last time and i am not going back again. I booked a room with breakfast, but this time, the menu was completely changed from what it was on the website. Very limited options and i was not happy about the items i could choose.
