Accord Puducherry

The food at Accord Puducherry was awesome and team was so helpful and accomodated our last minute request for an additional night stay. Thank you all and Mr Mathan for making our stay so memorable.

Hotel was great. However the hotel needs minor renovations as I faced waterlogged in the washroom while taking bath.
The staffs were all very good. The F&B staff were nice. We took dinner at Seasons and the staff specially Sristina and Adiiti were nice.
However the staffs who were servicing prior to Sristina and Aditi were very very slow even for giving drinking water. Such things are not acceptable in a 5 star property.

Today menu was good, especially Navarathna kurma Panneer taste 🧨

Nice hotel, I felt it was more for business or short stay.
The pool area, like the rest of the hotel could do with updating. Only 5 Sun beds, one of which was broken and all had ripped or dirty covers.
Right the good stuff, nice clean rooms, powerful showers and comfortable beds.
Staff were good and helpful.
Good variety of breakfast.
