Hotel bom no geral!
Pros:

Localização muito boa, café da manhã excelente, quarto bastante confortável!

Cons:

O hotel poderia ser mais bem cuidado, a piscina um pouco mal cuidada, a jacuzzi sem funcionar alguns dias, piscina sem aquecimento.

Le niveau de propreté était vraiment médiocre. Il y avait des cheveux sur le peignoir, des cheveux et des poils parterre. Même après l’avoir signalé, ils y sont restés. Des fils sur la moquette et des sauces collées sur la moquette.

Le manque d’intérêt du personnel, la propreté des chambres qui laissait vraiment à désirer.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Panama was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, my husband and I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, with every detail thoughtfully attended to.

Each morning quickly became our favorite part of the day as we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. The ambiance was simply beautiful, peaceful, scenic, and the perfect way to start our mornings together. It created such a memorable rhythm to our stay.

A very special thank you to William, our server, whose attentiveness and warmth truly elevated our experience. He anticipated our needs with such ease and kindness, making us feel both valued and at home. His service did not go unnoticed and was a highlight of our visit.

Overall, our time here was relaxing, elegant, and deeply enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed and grateful, and we look forward to returning in the future.

I had an exhilarating stay at the property
Pros:

Size & decor of the self-contained room is grand. Nice partial ocean view. At breakfast I had a wonderful welcoming by William Smith in the restaurant. He too very good care of me by his service. Very sociable person. Recommedned!

Pros:

William at the Waldorf Astoria restaurant is the most gracious and attentive server, catering to our every need while we enjoyed a lovely and delicious breakfast. He also makes THE BEST cup of coffee!!!

Great friendly hotel
Pros:

Great from the moment we arrived at the hotel.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very nice. They have everything we need and more.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of food buffet. Our morning waiter for both day “William Smith” was extremely friendly, interesting to talk with, professional and very attentive to everyone’s needs. A great way to start the day is being around a positive, friendly, smiling person. Thank you Will.
We also had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant Matis. Great food and great price (for a hotel).
Wonderful place to stay at. Will be back.

Easy living at the Waldorf Astoria Panama.
Pros:

Service was outstanding and gets a 5 rating.
William Smith, Rogelio, Dailin, and Jose in particular, were excellent.
The hotel itself looks good, but is showing some wear and tear that should be addressed, thus the 4 rating.

Waldorf Astoria is the best spot for a weekend getaway in Panama

Waldorf Astoria Panama is the best. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with great restaurants on property. It is in the heart of the city close to most attractions and restaurants. A quick Uber can take you anywhere you want to go.

Pros:

Not great. Used the personal concierge to book a car service from the airport. No show. When we called the p. Concierge, he said they’re not coming. Luckily, we are good at taking care of ourselves and took an uber. Better experience and cheaper. At the registration desk, only one person looked up. Spacious, clean room. Good location. Can see a slice of the sea between buildings. No towels at the gym. One bike. No towels at the pool. Pool was lovely. Dinner was painfully slow, served with a smile and made us feel unwelcome.

Best and happiest Hotel in Panorama City
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel staff was very nice and very pleasant and helpful we loved it. The Hotel is near many restaurants. And walking distance to a nice casino. hotel breakfast was exceptional staff again big smiles. We loved this hotel I look forward to future stays
