Perfect experience, they make you feel very comfortable and the staff is always attentive to everything you need (starting the mornings with the welcome to the Miss Morales), super comfortable and cozy rooms.

The Waldorf as a brand always provides excellent accommodations. However, this stay was amazing. My wife and I celebrated the wife’s birthday our anniversary and Father’s Day. Without a mention to staff they reached out with celebratory messages for each occasion.
From the time we arrived there was nothing less than a concerted effort by staff to make sure our trip was a success.
The grounds and rooms were clean and refreshed, the foods and service was excellent. Front staff kept everything orderly and provided a sense of safety.
Special mention to Dailin, William and the entire restaurant staff. The Waldorf should be proud of your amazing hospitality.
The decor and scent were the first inviting factors. The staff members and service was top rate. Our accommodations were perfect.
We spent two nights at the Waldorf. The hospitality and service is top notch. Everyone is extremely accommodating and welcoming. We had a long excursion to San Blas Islands on the second day, with a pickup at 5 am. Upon checking, Esperanza arranged a nice to-go picnic bag. My daughter was pampered and had a memorable stay. Will definitely come back to the Waldorf

We had a great time, it was amazing. All the wait staff were great, professional, and polite. I have to personally single out Esperanza, William, and Roger, who were the best. They were polite, professional, courteous, and patient. I would highly recommend the hotel to my family, and friends.
The location is central to everything that you need to be around. Their accommodations were great. The server William Smith was amazing and very attentive. Make sure to look out for him or request him if you are here at any of the restaurants!

I have traveled all over the world and this is One of the best places that I have stayed. The service was extraordinary good. Waiters in restaurants were exceptional (especially William). Awesome service by all personnel.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. Our room had a terrace with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel is located in a central area with lots of restaurants within a quick 5 minute or less walk. The hotel staff was all kind and attentive, we greatly appreciated Nicolas while we enjoyed our breakfast on our last day.

Waldorf Astoria was great and the service we received from Will Smith was top notch. He helped us at the bar and at breakfast and at lunch!! He was very generous with his time, especially with giving me some Spanish lessons. We will be back and we will look forward to seeing Will again.
