Arrived in a family of 5 vacation. The hotel, surrounding views from high points, and every staff we encountered provided excellent service. Breakfast each morning we had Camilo Laguna and he provided excellent service, was very friendly, and always smiling. The warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment absolutely scores high and we look forward to our next trip here!
My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Panama City was incredible. The personal touches provided by concierge team Oliver & Lille really heightened the experience. Every staff member makes a point of learning your name, greeting you every time they see you, always asking if there is anything they can do to make it more enjoyable. The room was large & beautifully appointed & housekeeping service cleaned daily & provided evening turndown service each night. My mornings started off every day with Dailin greeting me with a warm smile & by my name as I entered the dining room. The service from Jose was attentive & he went the extra step. The spa staff, where I did the 90 minute indulgence package (massage & facial), were great & it was so serene. The peacock lounge is a great place for lunch or dinner or to watch a game at the bar. Finally, the location is excellent within walking distance of lots of restaurants & coffee shops including the brand new one across the street. Definitely book this property, you will not regret it. I’ll surely be back!

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Panama was wonderful. The staff was great and always friendly and helpful. Nicolas Rojas was a pleasure to see at breakfast every morning and Lilie at the concierge desk arranged a tour with an amazing tour guide to show us the sights of Casco Viejo and the canal. Would recommend staying here!!
Camilo was amazing! Very attentive and courteous. Breakfast buffet was so good, with plenty of delicious offerings.
Our time here is never less than amazing. From the front desk check in with Esperanzana to the our daily breakfast, which had a wide selection of pastries to typical panamanian dishes.
The restaurant hostess, Dailin made sure we were always welcomed with smiles and a hug which are signs of how they added personal touches.
William and Jose our waiters were superb and were excellent in how they took great care of our every need every morning. Remembering how we like our morning coffees, to how they know what are drinks are signifies how much they are trained to focus on each guest. Yellmei ensured our daily omelettes were always cook to perfection, never runny or overcooked.
