Waldorf Astoria Panama

The service was excellent, very attentive. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the balcony had a wonderful view of the city. The food was excellent with many options.

Nicolas was very welcoming and kind as well as the rest of the staff. View and food were lovely!

All the staff at this Hilton were very friendly and accommodating to our every need. "William", in the breakfast buffet and behind the lobby bar was attentive and most personable. "Carlos" at the front desk was committed and responsive to our requests. Ruben was engaging and interested in knowing how we were enjoying our stay. What a great team! 👍

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Our breakfast host Will Smith was very kind and attentive with everything each morning! All the staff was amazing and our room was spectacular!

Had a fantastic experience. The location was very central and close to Casco, the area we frequented the most. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. William Smith was one of the people who helped make our vacation very comfortable. He just stood out due to the fact that he was consistently checking on our group and we also shared a good cultural affinity. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future and hopefully I’ll see him again. Strongly recommend people stay and ask for William when they do come.

Location was great and atmosphere was phenomenal. What made the experience unmatched was the exceptional service of William Smith. When you get here make sure to ask for him. Don't get me wrong the staff as a whole was fantastic however William went ABOVE AND BEYOND on a daily basis and made this stay unforgettable. Special shout out to Dailin as well. Will be coming back just because the service was outstanding. A must visit!!!

Had a great time in Panama and at the Waldorf! The hotel staff and location get 5 stars! They took very good care of us and were very professional and hospitality. It was my mother’s 65th birthday and they made her feel so special. William Smith served us at breakfast everyday and he was awesome!! All the employees were ah-mazing! I took a half star away for it being an older hotel. We stayed on the 15th floor and there was an odor on the floor, almost like a mildew smell. There was no smell in our room, thankfully. The bathroom had two shower heads and when you turned off the overhead shower it still dripped cold water on you while showering. The water temperature wasn’t warm enough for me either. I didn’t notify the maintenance , but I am sure they would have moved us or fixed the issue. We weren’t there long enough for me to complain. Other than that, the aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful and peaceful. I loved that there was no random traffic. I would stay again and would still recommend.

Excellent customer service. The pool is lovely. Only issue was the room: water kept flooding the bathroom from the shower and the bed was not comfortable. I would give 5 stars if I didn’t have room

Celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday in Panama at the Waldorf Astoria, and we had an absolutely amazing time! The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and truly exceeded our expectations. Every staff member, mostly William our waiter, that we encountered was so kind, pleasant, attentive, and accommodating to all of our needs.

A special shoutout to the concierge team—they were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help me pull off a beautiful birthday surprise for my boyfriend. He loved it, and I couldn’t have done it without their assistance!

We had such a wonderful experience that we’ve already decided the Waldorf Astoria will be our go to hotel whenever we return to Panama City. We can’t wait to come back! 💕✨

I recently stayed at this well located property with superb staff. Jose, William, Dailin - Matiz, Edgar - valet, and Giselle - evening housekeeping/turndown service all made my stay memorable. They really went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of with professionalism and warmth.

My only complaint is that the property needs a refresh. It was sparkling clean, spacious and light, but my accommodation and pool level restroom need maintenance. This did not distract from my purpose of the visit, but disclosure for those they might be considering a stay here. I would return for the people and location.

A very special 5-star recognition to Camilo at the breakfast station. He was always kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every morning, he was always making sure we had our coffee and black tea, and what made it even more special was that he remembered exactly how we liked them. It’s those little details and personal touches that make such a difference.

Thanks to Dalin for remembering me across 2 stays here at the Waldorf Astoria! It was impressive that she could recall my name after having stayed at the hotel 78 days earlier. The breakfast always has hot and cold options including a full charchuterie spread, traditional panamanian food and American Breakfast.

It was a great value and Im glad to have Breakfast there every morning!
