Fantastic location and nice space. The thing that really makes this hotel standout is the staff. They are so accommodating and kind, they go out of their way to make sure you have all the amenities you could need. Everyone from the front desk staff to the security at the front of the building to the bell hops, it was definitely the staff that made my stay so special
Comfortable, spacious, great location, great staff
Friendly staff with good service. Once they attended our call to send service guy at 3 am. We took one bedroom apartment which was specious and with all facilities. I can recommend and would love to visit again.

Great if you need more of an apartment than a hotel.
It is a terrible interior, furniture and carpet. Sofa was bad too. Washing machine didn't work. Customer service was so bad. Boys were helpful in assisting. But customer service has only one answer, if washing machine breaks what can we do. Except shower, everything is in a poor state. More like a two star housing. They have a pool and gym attached from next door hotel. Overall I was pretty disappointed with the apartment given.

I like the location to reach WTC 15 minutes walk, valet parking, clean and nice rooms. It has everything I need.
We booked 2 one-bedroom apartments because we’re 5 adults and these have 4 bathrooms…. Dirty bathrooms like they have not been cleaned for ages! Major maintenance issues! No house cleaning no service!!! Also no towels no tissues no toilet roll no toiletries! They said upon request!!! We requested but were told we can only get 2 !!!!! I had to fight for towels! Reception people were cooperative. Overall if it wasn’t for sold out gitex circumstances we would not stay

Worst experience. I was told room is ready when i checkedin. When i reached the room staff was sitting in the room and said it is not ready pls come back after some time. Couches were stained and looked dirty. There was no water at night. In the morning when i went for shower the water coming out was literally brown.
Shower very bad. No iron and hair dryer.
