No fan in room....very warm.
Towels were small.
No parking but that was booking.com fault as they stated parking in the facilities information

The staff were good and the cleanliness of the room was fine but from my travel experiences the word ‘’hotel’ is just a bit misleading, this is just a large pub with rooms rather than a hotel!

It was all good.

Spacious room, comfy bed, good TV & channel choice.
One blind would not work so had to hang towel over window to prevent people looking in.
Only one chair for two guests - plenty of room for second chair.
Breakfast supposed to be served from 9 a.m. but door from accommodation down to pub still locked until 9:10 - no apology for this or answer on supposed emergency contact number.

Well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Great bed and shower, lots of tea, coffee and milk! Fabulous, well priced breakfast. Good options, friendly staff. Superb location
Although they have double glazing, you can still hear everything from outside. Seagulls in morning and any late night terrace drinkers.
Close to the seafront and shops. Friendly staff, nice room big enough for a few nights stay.

Very good value for money
It was very hot during our stay it would have been lovely to have a ceiling fan. There was a fan that would normally have been enough but not this weekend. We were facing the street so noisy if you had the window open.
There isn't any free carpark. But carparking nearby.
The room was very clean and lovely the staff was very helpful overall an exceptional hotel
