NOTHING TO LIKE
Poor communication with the reception. It was closed by 21.00 and both the landline and mobile were full and unable to leave a message! Scammers who only want money for ZERO service!!
Everything was very poor. Messages not sent either to check if everything is okay. Reception was useless!!! Not recommended at all. Be ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ BE WARNED

Absolutely nothing
I had a very poor experience with this accommodation.
My train from Glasgow was originally due to arrive at 11pm, and I clearly stated in my booking that I would require a late check-in. I followed this up with an email and multiple phone calls to confirm someone would be available at reception, but received no response at all.
Because of this, I had to change my train to arrive earlier in the day, which was inconvenient and unnecessary. When I arrived around 3pm, there was nobody at reception. I waited for hours, tried calling the provided number several times, and again received no answer.
In the end, I was forced to book alternative accommodation at my own expense.
The area also felt unsafe — even taxi drivers warned me to keep my door locked at all times in this place. The property itself appeared very run down and unclean.
Overall, this was a stressful and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
Next to the station
No bin, toilet wasn't cleaned. Maybe it was there was no flush. Reception wasn't expecting me. Waited 30 min before the caretaker arrived. The two contact details were unavailable. It advertised breakfast I was told they don't do breakfast. Room was smelly due to lack if cleaning with cobwebs above the bed.
Good location good value for money
TV didn't work in my room I wasn't given the room I booked apparently they didn't have the keys for it also I had to wait nearly an hour to check in as noone was on site to check me in

Grubby, dirty, no staff on just notices, called the number Paul said he may have no room, was supposed to call me back he never! Eventually got in a flat behind the hotel site, TV didn’t work, wifi didn’t work, unable to communicate with anyone! NEVER Stay there again, I’ve seen some inadequate place as Ive worked away for years, but this was a disgrace!
Attempted check in twice. No member of staff at reception and front door locked the second time. Unable to check in, so had to seek alternative accomodation. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff were amazing and very welcoming
The apartment was amazing. Plenty of coffees and tea making facilities. The place was spotlessly clean , the shower was amazing, the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. I look forward to staying again.
