Good location good value for money
TV didn't work in my room I wasn't given the room I booked apparently they didn't have the keys for it also I had to wait nearly an hour to check in as noone was on site to check me in
No breakfast.
Owner couldn’t be bothered. Place was dirty and stank. We couldn’t stay!

Grubby, dirty, no staff on just notices, called the number Paul said he may have no room, was supposed to call me back he never! Eventually got in a flat behind the hotel site, TV didn’t work, wifi didn’t work, unable to communicate with anyone! NEVER Stay there again, I’ve seen some inadequate place as Ive worked away for years, but this was a disgrace!
Attempted check in twice. No member of staff at reception and front door locked the second time. Unable to check in, so had to seek alternative accomodation. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff were amazing and very welcoming
The apartment was amazing. Plenty of coffees and tea making facilities. The place was spotlessly clean , the shower was amazing, the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. I look forward to staying again.

Nothing at all feel that disgusting. I got this and just live over there. No communication forever. It’s no place but don’t come to comment.
i would advise everyone to stay well away from this property unless they want drugs drunks we did not stay did not even get out the car it is a dump did not feel safe was told to stay away by people we met should not even be on theses sites

Booked in an emergency didn't realise no check in after 10pm I think it's disgusting my payment was still taken knowing the room wouldn't be available I would like a refund please
Dee was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has seen better days, it is a fixer upper at the moment. Reception smelled damp and could do with pot plants and flowers to brighten it up and make it smell welcoming. The room was a good size but it just seemed grubby, the surface wiring did not set a good standard, the bathroom was dated with surface wiring and pipework - not a good image. The photos on Hotels.com were from the hotel's heyday and very misleading as was the description. No breakfast even though it was in the invoice. No restaurant any more. Near bus and train terminus, but trains are diesel electric so vey loud in the room. The mattress was nice but the bases creaked. The smoking spot was right outside our room window so we had to keep the curtains closed. The hotel looks grand and imposing from the outside but it is very tired on the inside. Hotels.com need to get upddated descriptions or take it off.
Pillows too big making for a sore neck. However very clean. Stayed 2 days had 1 bedding change and room tidy and was superb. Do not judge this place on looks alone the owner strives for nothing but the best.
A lot of shouting from the main road and alot of noise from passing trains into the very nearby station. Possible drugs had been brought in by some guests listening to the conversation we overheard at 11pm
