Location was excellent and walking distance to the place we wanted to go. The Tiff cinema and the Luma restaurant. The rooms was clean and very quiet for a downtown hotel. The service was impeccable. Great service and very courteous staff. The Atmosphere was outstanding especially the lounge area with a live band on the weekend. The pool, hot tub and dry sauna was a bonus. It also carries a full size gym that would make any private fitness gym look over their shoulder.
Excellent gym and pool which was open until late (very much appreciated). Excellent breakfast at bosk, and we especially enjoyed the lounge music in the evenings - perfect for a nightcap after dinner.

From the moment we checked in to the hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The staff was warm, professional and genuinely attentive. The hotel room was immaculate, beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The mattress might have been the most comfortable I have ever slept on! We also thoroughly enjoyed the amenities in the hotel, including the Health Club. Anjelica at the Health Club went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return for another weekend getaway!
It's always a first class, five-star experience at the Shangri-La Toronto. The property, the staff and the experience is always top notch.
The staff their made my family feel like they were the most important guests in the world, even though I could actually note professional athletes and VIPs at the property at the same time - - they don't discriminate on status, every guest is just as important as the next.
Our room was phenomenal and the kids loved the incredible skyline views.
Whenever I go to Toronto I always stay here. From check in, to room cleanliness and staff friendliness it's always a great experience. Conveniently located to Union Station and the UPExpress from Pearson Airport and to all other attractions. I always have a great stay.
