Important information:

Access to the spa comes at an additional fee of EUR 13 per person per day.
Use of the wellness center (sauna, hammam, whirlpool, fitness) is only allowed for guests aged 16 and over.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of EUR 25 per night.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the swimming pool or restaurant areas.

When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

The little ones also have the right to go to the swimming pool! Because the kids between 0 months to 15 years old have specific needs, we reserve specific slots for giving the whole family a great time in our Spa area. From 7:00 to 10:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00

Place was clear and comfortable except of the pillows- they are too big.

One person of the stuff in restaurant in the evening was not friendly and some guests were not satisfied

Pros:

Nous avons aimé le spa, la chambre avec vue sur la forêt, le restaurant.

Cons:

La sdb a quelques traces de moisi sur les joints. Mais dans l’ensemble c’est propre. Le reste de la chambre était impeccable.

N’hésitez pas à venir, vous ne serez pas déçu .

Très bel établissement , la chambre très spacieuse et la literie super
Le pt déjeuner est très copieux et très varié et les infrastructures c’est à dire la piscine, les soins, génial.
Le personnel très accueillant et souriant.

Pas de chauffage il a fallu descendre 3 fois reception,pas wiffi ni ce mettre en 4 ou 5G,piscine et jaccuzzi eau froide ,personne à l acceuil wellness,pas d essuis à disposition j ai du prendre ce de notre chambre,10 transates à la piscine pour une capacité de 126 cham res,le bain nordique c etait un jaccuzzi à l exterieur,temps d attendre entre les 2 hammams dont un en plastique pvc,le jaccuzzi exterieur plus de 30 minutes,il fallait traversé la salle de sport pour rentrer et sortir,alarme inscendi s est mise en route aucune infos pr signaler fausse alerte ou pas,trés peu de personnel,au restaurant le soir voulu payer ma note via bancontact impossible car pas de wiffi,voulu payé cash impossible car plus personne à l acceuil pr rendre la monnaie.Les peignoirs on a dû paÿe 7 euros par personnes et les pantoufles payantes aussi...j avoue je voyage pas mal et 1er hotel qui fasse payé des pantoufles....donc vos 4 etoiles vs ne les mériez pas vous dire wenless non plus...j ai payé 219,02 euros trés cher payé pour la qualité ...le cadre beau et sourireset acceuils du peu de personnel que j ai croisé qui fait son max .Je ne vous conseillerez pas.

Pros:

Welness was good. Restaurant was nice and food was very tastfull and nice presented. Around hotel was a nice forest and in just walking distance we were in Spa town.

Cons:

Sometimes personal speak only Frech, but they were always friendly...For us it was too warm in the rooms and we were surprised how they keep that so warm.
