Access to the spa comes at an additional fee of EUR 13 per person per day.
Use of the wellness center (sauna, hammam, whirlpool, fitness) is only allowed for guests aged 16 and over.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of EUR 25 per night.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the swimming pool or restaurant areas.

When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

The little ones also have the right to go to the swimming pool! Because the kids between 0 months to 15 years old have specific needs, we reserve specific slots for giving the whole family a great time in our Spa area. From 7:00 to 10:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00

Pros:

Net hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden een fijne kamer met balkon en een prachtig uitzicht. Giede slaapbank voor onze dochter. Prima ontbijt. Er is ook nog een welness maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Mooie locatie, vriendelijk personeel, maar het hotel verder laat wel echt te wensen over.
Pros:

Locatie is fantastisch en personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het was best gehoorig. Er was een feest verderop in de stad en je kon de bass van de muziek duidelijk horen in onze kamer. Ook konden we gerommel van andere gasten best goed horen. Daarnaast rook zowel het dekbed als de handdoeken wat gek, alsof het niet echt schoon was. Als laatste zou een kleine renovatie wel op z’n plek zijn. Je ziet hier en daar dat het wat oud is en daarmee ook wat dingen niet meer mooi / stuk, zoals de douche en plafond in onze badkamer. Ook rook de hammam en jacuzzi in de wellness erg vies. Was duidelijk niet schoon.

Une chambre spacieuse et un personnel réactif, mais des prestations globales en dessous d’un 4 étoiles.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, ce qui est appréciable pour le confort. Le lit est grand et, après demande, nous avons pu obtenir des coussins plus adaptés pour la deuxième nuit. Le petit déjeuner est correct avec un choix varié. Le personnel a été réactif pour répondre à certaines demandes.

Cons:

L’établissement ne correspond pas vraiment à un standing 4 étoiles. À l’arrivée, une mauvaise chambre nous a été attribuée et nous avons dû retourner à la réception à trois reprises avant d’avoir la bonne. Le balcon donnait sur le parking et une route passante, ce qui est assez bruyant. La literie reste mitigée : matelas et coussins standards peu confortables, et chambre assez chaude la nuit. Enfin, le spa situé au -1 est vétuste et mériterait d’être rénové.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Betten gemütlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel sieht etwas plattenbau-artig aus und verbreitet wenig Charme, besonders wenn man Zimmer zur Parkplatzseite und lebhaften Schnellstraße hin hat. Der Badebereich war schön, aber voller sehr lauter Gäste in der Sauna und Pool voller Kinder, daher leider wenig Erholungswert.
