Pros:

Pros:

The pool and breakfast was great.

Cons:

Didn't like that there was so much traffic to get into the parking lot but its also expected being downtown. I really dont have negative things to say we had a great time.

The parking was insane. It was an extra $20 and across the street in a parkade on the fourth level, except when we arrived there was an event in the stadium so there was lots of traffic and it took 40min to get from the entry way of the parkade to just the 2nd level, bc cars coming out block cars going up at EVERY corner. People were honking and yelling--it was ridiculous. We gave up and paid an extra $20 to park on the 2nd floor of the parkade until midnight, and went back that night at 11pm (when the was no traffic) to move it up to the fourth level.

The pull out bed is not a full couch length and it has a matress about 1-inch thick, so all you feel are the metal bars -- impossible to sleep on.

We had 1 toilet paper roll and ran out, had to use tissue box.

The swipe card stopped working twice and we couldn't get into our room.

The pool floor was dirty.

Great Hotel 100% reccomend!
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel. The room with the kitchen, amazing!
The pool was warm. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was great and every staff member I spoke with was soo friendly to my girls and I. Would retun and 100% reccomend!

We would stay here again.
Pros:

The extended check out time was convenient for the race.
Having the breakfast earlier was also convenient and with take out containers.
Having a fitness centre and pool was beneficial.

Cons:

The parking. Could not park in garage. Need to have outside parking for larger vehicles.
Not enough channels for television.
Homeless and garbage right next to hotel.

never going back there!
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the staff were accomodatng and understanding, the sheets were soft, the TV was easy to operate was offered to change rooms but too late at 9pm and my partner had gone to meet family so I couldn't do it on my own

Cons:

the bed was a double which is too short for us and wanted a queen size, the shower head was broken, the clocks were still on standard time and couldn't change the alarm clock. the door handle was wonky and needed the maid to help open it when we arrived. the room was across from the elevator which made it noisy
