It's an okay hotel, but some things let it down.
Pros:

The hotel is okay and fairly clean, but if you are on the street side the noise can be intrusive. The hotel obviously knew this as they had ear plugs in reception. It would be better if the added better sound proofing, I don't want to wear ear plugs in a hotel room. Parking was also too expensive. The hand soap was empty on arrival. The shower base was cracked, and the general decoration need some attention. The room was not cheap so these things add up.

Freezer was dirty, moved us to a second room... Freezer and coffee maker were dirty, toilet paper - only half a roll in either room. Fake eyelashes found when opening up the pullout couch

Excellent staff, great room, good breakfast despite area.
Pros:

The hotel itself was very nice! The staff are excellent and went out of their way to return some clothes that we left behind in a drawer. The breakfast was very good, hot with some nice choices. Lovely outdoor terrace. Nice chocolate chip cookies and iced lemon water. Beautiful large room with lots of storage and a nice kitchen.

Cons:

I would rate them as excellent but the downtown area of Hamilton is suffering from some social decline. Looks like it used to be beautiful and hopefully could be again. Also the underground parking is kind of tight to maneuver in but is locked. We still had a lovely vacation despite these things.

La chambre était vraiment très bien avec la terrasse en plus!
Le lit super grand et on y dort très bien
Super petit déjeuner complet et varié !

Cons:

L’emplacement est pas top.
Ne vous aventurez pas trop de nuit ..

Forgettable
Cons:

A lot of homeless people, clearly high on drugs, around the hotel itself. No hotel bar or choice of food. Breakfast wasn’t great either.
