Cons:

I paid for 2 beds and I only got one and a coach. Also I was surprised by the security deposit which cost more than the room and I told parking was available in another building across the street.

Beautiful, modern, very clean, close to the restaurants and popular spots. And the staff kept me smiling and laughing while there. Very good personalities. As a solo traveler, it was a good & comfy experience

Very comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, very friendly staff, good coffee and breakfast. I could easily get where I wanted to go walking or by public transit.

Cons:

It is located downtown, and the urban problems of unhoused fellow citizens and urban poverty are present. Having said that, as a solo female traveller I have not experienced any problems at any time of day or night. I never felt unsafe returning late at night after concerts. In fact, I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, lots of breakfast options.
Pros:

Bathroom shower has inadequate "grab bars". Those are pretty standard now in all hotels. No "handheld" option, just an old fashion shower head. Otherwise bathroom facilities were great.

Great stay! Limani Restaurant and Bar is a building away. Janice @frontdesk was a great staff.
Pros:

Janice at the front desk was a great help. She is an excellent person, capable of handling situation and management of guests. I left my sunglass in the room during check out. She sent someone to the room and brought it to the reception for me to pick up after I called her. I appreciate this kindness and professionalism of her.
Hess Market is a minute away. I loved hanging out at Limani Greek Bar. The owner George is a great person. I made friendship with his people.

Pleasant but noisy
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly, in particular Emy and Isabella. Very accommodating. It was good that breakfast was included. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

At night it as very noisy, being in close proximity to main roads. The noise disrupted my sleep. The kitchen could have done with some more utensils, including a colander.

We attended an event at TD Coliseum and could not have had a nicer stay, from the pleasant greeting and assistance from

Location is great,especially if you are going to an event at TD Coliseum or the Arts or conventions. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the light evening fare were both well planned and presented. I love waffles! We were fortunate to have great weather so very much enjoyed the outdoor courtyard. The bed and pillows were great.

Cons:

I hate paying for anything. Lol.

立地は便利だが、部屋のレイアウトは掲載写真とかなり異なった
Pros:

TOEFL会場に近く、立地がとても便利でした。キッチン付きで、ソファも広く快適でした。朝食は種類は普通でしたが、持ち帰り用容器が用意されていたのが便利でした。スタッフの方が追加の小さなテーブルを用意してくださった対応にも感謝しています。

Cons:

掲載写真にはダイニングテーブルや寝室内デスクが写っていましたが、実際のお部屋にはありませんでした。
息子のTOEFL受験前日の宿泊だったため、勉強やPC作業がしやすい部屋を期待して予約したので少し残念でした。リビングにデスクはありましたが、寝室で勉強するためには追加で小さなテーブルを借りる必要がありました。部屋のレイアウトは掲載写真とかなり印象が異なりました。
