It was a Lovely stay , and nice room, we ll be back
Pros:

the Breakfast was good, a little un expected .. The room was quiet and comfortable. We stay here often when we come to Hamilton , We ll be back next time

Cons:

The Wi Fi seemed a little off , but we aren t there for that

No coffee table in suite....nothing to eat on or set your coffee on...we asked for something and brought up this little small stand...and I do mean small...had to ask for another....

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay right from the booking through to my departure.
Pros:

Staff at the reception was exceptional. Staff at breakfast was helpful and attentive. The variety for the breakfast was very good. The room I had was clean, warm and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy and I didn’t feel particularly safe out at night. I understand that it’s not the fault of the hotel itself.

A very nice hotel, staff need write things down and to follow up on complaints in a timely manner.
Pros:

Size of room, breakfast buffet, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Air conditioner rattled excessively. Bedside table light would not turn off, as the button was stuck requiring me to unplug the light from the socket. I made a pleasant complaint to the front desk staff, however her response was that all air conditioners make noise. I attempted to explain that there is a difference between operating noise and loud mechanical rattling, but to no avail, as she was stuck on a rote response. Further the night lamp remained unplugged and did not work the second night of my stay, after she stated the lamp would be repaired.

In addition to noise internal to the room, the roar of muscle cars and loud motor bikes continued well after midnight, as the hotel is located near a outdoor patio area of the city, with college and university students enjoying the night life.
