Hotel Princess Old City

Bei zwei Tagen aufenthalt gab es kein heisses Wasser. Ein halben Tag kein fliessendes Wasser. Die Klimaanlage war lauter als eine Waschmaschine im Schleuderprogramm.

Hotelin resimler ile asla alakası yok, kahvaltı kötü, hijyen sıfır. Odalar 1. Yüzyıldan kalmış kadar eski ve kötü durumda

Staff was good and smiling but the area a very noisy

very bad hotel, no maintenance done, I changed my room 4 times, and still no room good, I recommend any one have reservation in this hotel to cancel the reservation, very bad dirty restaurant, food expired time and not able for eating

Lighting to the hotel was very poor. The family room we were in was well outdated. The safe in the cupboard was not even fixed, you could just carry it and walk away with it. The carpet had stains everywhere and the wall paper was bearly on the wall. The table in the room had 3 legs and one was just propped underneath to support the table. Had a constant leak to the AC and the basin in the bathroom, which they did attend to rectify once we informed them. The TV had loads of cables around it and did not feel safe to go near. The windows once open could not shut. No rubbish bin in the room, just gave us a black bin bag daily. Good points were the size of the room and the hotel does look good from the outside but needs major refurb to the inside to get to a basic standard.

Das personal lügt soweit es geht, Sauberkeit ist ein Fremdwort, Das Zimmer ist sehr eng, Toilettenpapier ist schon benutzt, Internet gibt es nicht.

Area is lively and very safe. Main road. Great location for transportation. One big plus was how quiet the room was. And very clean and comfortable bed. It’s ok for a short stopover. No WiFi in the room was a let down despite hotel saying there was.

Aile odasında kaldık. Odalar çok eski ve bakımsızdı. Duşakabin akıtıyordu. Kahvaltı vasatın altındaydı. Temizlik yetersizdi.

Not good hotel at all 1 star is too more for this hotel, not same pictures !! Staff not friendly room to small, not good restaurant and breakfast, no clean water !!
I advise no one go to this hotel cause it’s really trash.

i stayed with my family in Jan 2017. Its location makes it good choice for people who are here for visiting Old Istanbul. Tram station is just one minute walk which can lead to Grand Bazar, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace.
Its price is also reasonable.

Stayed in this hotel for three nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much for them. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location for getting around the city. The only down side was the breakfast it was very poor. Overall we had a good stay.

The hotel is located away from the usual tourist attractions but their is a metro line within 50 meters. The rooms appear to have been renovated recently and were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is typical turkish fare. The best thing for us was the very professional and helpful staff. The rate was reasonable for Istanbul.

Terrible just terrible! The family room on the 6th floor was leaking when it rained my mom was asleep and the dripping water woke her up! The room was so small there was no room for walking if you had a suitcase! The room had twin beds and one double size bed and only two blankets! I would not pay 50$ a night for a room like this let alone 104$

1.Clean rooms, 2.great location to get the tram and bus (it's near haseki station -just one minute by walk- and the bus stop is right infront of the hotel), 3.helpful receptionist ( they changed our room as we wanted) are the reasons i'll be back to this hotel. But the breakfast is normal not perfect, and you should ask to not take a room by the main street because it's so noisy, as we changed the room and the new one was very calm and good.
I like this hotel and recommend it if you want to be near to Aksaray-Laleli area.

Nous étions en famille dans cet hôtel durant la semaine du 18 au 24 octobre 2014, et donc en résumé, la 1ère surprise est l'accueil froid du personnel de réception, avec un accent d'anglais à non désiré et dire que leur personnel est polyglotte? les chambres sont sales et surtout très TRES petites par rapport aux images truquées dans leur site, avec une salle de bain minuscule et limite conçue pour une personne svelte, sinon il faudra voir ailleurs, douche infecte de champignons et de l'eau qui sort par tout dans la salle de bain, et donc après la douche vous devrez récurer (idéalement)! franchement, mis à part sa situation stratégique (proche des moyens de transports, et des lieux à visiter), il n'y a rien à désirer...

Nice and cheap hotel , very clean rooms and helpful staff , near tram so its very easy to go where ever you want to and it has turkish hamam included with massage and spa , so in genral its good
The only down side about it is that its on a main street so it might get abit noisey

Konumu iyi, ancak oda temizliği iyi değildi. Resepsiyon görevlileri güleryüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlardı. Kahvaltıları kaliteli ve zengin çeşitleri var. Tek olumsuz yanı banyo-tuvaletin iyi temizlenmemesi.
