Pros:

В целом нормальный вариант на пару тройку дней. Еда 50/50 : вкусно готовили мясные блюда, обильно по фруктам и овощам, но салаты и закуски малосъедобны. Алкоголь самый дешевый и простой. Сама территория небольшая, до моря пешком 10 минут. Администраторы отеля очень благожелательны и приятны, оказались очень полезными.

Cons:

Небезопасная мебель в номерах. Если путешествуете с детьми, обратите внимания на ящики и мебель, они не закреплены, наш сын получил травму.
Излишне назойливое внимание детям от персонала. Дети не понимают как на это реагировать, младший ребенок постоянно пугался. Что такое личные границы, персоналу отеля незнакомо.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Very clean hotel, cleaning staff work very hard. Perfect location just 5 minute walk to the beach/nightlife. Very good value for money. Limited food options but we could always find something tasty at every meal time. Kids enjoyed the ice creams at evening meal time. Drinks options on all inclusive also limited but again, can’t complain for the price you pay and very good measures. Friendly staff, always have a smile on their face. Would definitely book to go here again if I was to go back to Gumbet, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. Free bus shuttle to private beach in Bitez.

Cons:

We were given the only 2 rooms in the hotel without a balcony right in the corner next to a grubby wall and the cleaning quarters. We didn’t complain as at least they were together but probably should have. (The rooms were very clean though) Also charged £40 more to my card than stated price on Booking.com. Very little going on around the pool during the day. All inclusive finishes at 11pm and evening entertainment is mediocre. Some sun beds don’t get much sun during the day so unless you get one on the back wall you’re in the shade a lot. Bought a football for the kids and forgot to bring it back to the room with us one of the evenings and next morning found it back in the basket in the shop. One staff member in the restaurant kept making slimy remarks towards our 15 year old daughter.

Cons:

Bagno aveva la porta che si scollava, sovraffollamento in piscina, solo 1 navetta per andare in spiaggia alle 11:00 che è dislocata e solo 1 navetta per tornare alle 17:00. Impossibile mangiare perché c'è veramente poca scelta, quasi niente frutta (solo anguria), niente opzioni senza carne. Non c'è servizio laundry

Overall a good stay some tweaks would make it excellent
Pros:

Hotel very clean and the staff work hard all day to keep it that way. The towels, beds changed daily. All staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay always a choice of eggs, but only alternated each day between fried or omelette or hard boiled . Baked beans and mushrooms., toast etc. Toasty machine was available as well. Cereals were available not really sure what it was though didn’t look very appetising. Lots of salad type things. Plenty to eat, but not all of it to my taste. Lunch and dinner much the same each day lots of salad choices. Usually one or two meat choices , pasta and chips. Again not really my taste.

Cons:

Would have like more choice of fruit and cereals also maybe eggs to order. Would have like to see better choices of potatoes not just chips! Wasn’t overly impressed with all inclusive and would be nice to offer some imports on the drinks list.

We had a fantastic holiday. Seriously couldn’t fault any of it. We can not wait to come back again.
Pros:

The staff are lovely. They really look after you and make you feel comfortable.
They entertainment is very good.
The food is some of the best food we have had on an any holiday.
The rooms are immaculate.
The pool was great.
Great location we had a sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only thing was the Wi-Fi was a bit annoying. Apart from that best place to be.

the food was nice as were the drinks
