Pros:

Já ficamos aqui várias vezes,muito bom hotel..bem localizado..devido a localização ( centro )tbm há bastante barulho a noite toda..o cafe da manhã é excelente,a recepção do maitre impecável..Quartos limpos,arejados,com rouparia nova, cheirosas..Boas recepcionistas...

Cons:

Os porteiros/manobristas poderiam ser mais gentis ..ajudar no desembarque( rua movimentada), assim como com a bagagem...

Foi uma surpresa boa. As instalações são antigas, mas super confortável.
Pros:

O quarto é muito confortável, nos sentimos em casa. O café da manhã estava delicioso e a equipe nos atendeu super bem.

Cons:

Sobre o hotel não tenho do que reclamar. Mas a rua é um tanto quanto suja.

Pros:

Ótimo café da manhã, sugiro que tenha pão francês tradicional, pois, o pão francês que tinha era muito pequeno.

Cons:

As toalhas de banho e rosto estavam fedidas, um cheiro ruim.
- Poderiam usar um amaciante de extrema qualidade, isso faz toda diferença.

- Poderiam deixar uma escova sanitária ao lado do vaso para podermos fazer a higienização após o uso.

- Poderiam deixar um tapete no banheiro para podermos utilizar após o banho, saímos do banho e o chão ficou todo molhado.
