Insatisfação, estadia passível de processo pela invasão de minha suíte por funcionária do hotel.
Cons:

INFELIZMENTE frequentando por mais de 20 anos o Monreale, desta vez deixou a desejar. 1) No checkin foi informado horario de café da manhã das 6:00 às 10:00, fui às 9:30 e já fechado informaram que é até 9:30. 2) GRAVÍSSIMO: meu checkout é dia 13/03/2026, mas às 8:00 do dia 12 meu quarto foi INVADIDO pela conferente dizendo para me retirar para checkout. No site e no checkin fui informado que o checkout é até às 12:00. 3) solicitei falar com a Gerência, a recepção encobriu o assunto e não informou minha urgência em falar com a Gerência.

Uma senhora que fica todos os dias pela manhã na porta do hotel pedindo dinheiro !!! Sempre que estou hospedado no hotel a mesma está no local !!
