Já é a terceira vez que me hospedo no Hotel Delfim Douro, tanto em casal quanto em família, e a experiência é sempre maravilhosa. Este hotel tem um diferencial único na forma de acolher e encantar os clientes.

A paisagem é simplesmente de tirar o fôlego, um verdadeiro privilégio para os olhos. Mas o que mais me encanta é o cuidado e o profissionalismo: desde o atendimento em todos os setores , sempre com simpatia, amabilidade e atenção, até aos pequenos detalhes no quarto. Quando a hospedagem tem um motivo especial, eles fazem questão de preparar algo igualmente especial, e isso faz toda a diferença. A última estadia foi para presentear minha sogra. Ela e toda a família amaram a experiência.

Eu amo este hotel e recomendo vivamente!

Gostei de tudo! É apenas uma sugestão...A única coisa que, do meu ponto de vista, poderia melhorar seria ter um espaço, mesmo que pequeno, dedicado às crianças. Algo pensado especialmente para elas. Geralmente visito o hotel no inverno, porque a paisagem nesta época também é deliciosa. Como a piscina externa não é utilizada no frio (apesar de estarem a construir uma piscina aquecida), um espaço kids seria uma ótima ideia para os dias mais frios ou de chuva.
No mais, é tudo uma delícia! As minhas crianças adoram passear, ver as laranjas no jardim e ficar na varanda a contemplar a paisagem única do Douro.
