Pros:

Uma das vistas mais lindas que ja vi na vida, acredito que uma das mais bonitas do Douro. Café da manhã gostoso, funcionarios muito agradaveis e atenciosos, quarto bem limpo.

Cons:

senti falta da porta do banheiro na minha acomodacao, mas percebi que as dos outros familiares tinha, entao acredito que seja espeficico das minhas instalações.

A Hotel with a Heavenly View
Pros:

The views were absolutely breathtaking and truly the highlight of the stay — so beautiful that you could easily spend an entire day simply relaxing at the hotel and taking everything in. No tour could really do the scenery justice compared to experiencing it from the property itself. There were also plenty of comfortable places to sit, unwind, and enjoy the surroundings.

The staff were consistently warm, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool area was beautiful, and the bar was excellent — the drinks were especially well made and added a lovely touch to the stay.

Cons:

The restaurant experience was pleasant overall, though some aspects of the dining and breakfast could be improved to better match the high standard set by the hotel and its incredible location.

It would also be very helpful to have a designated loading and unloading area closer to the entrance to make luggage handling more convenient for guests.

Pros:

Un magnifique hôtel, une chambre de grande taille, moderne tout en étant cocooning, le balcon avec vue sur le Douro et les vignes est un vrai plus. L'hôtel est bien situé, en altitude pour avoir cette belle vue. De belles prestations, un petit déjeuner de qualité et un dîner fin. Une partie du personnel s'applique à parler français ce qui est appréciable. Enfin, nous avons passé une nuit sans entendre un seul bruit ! Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir.

Cons:

The rooms and facilities felt very basic and far below what we expected for the price. The most disappointing detail was finding a coffee machine in the room with only paper cups provided and even being charged for that coffee. We have stayed in many hotels across Portugal, including much less expensive ones, and have never experienced this before. On top of that, the TV was ridiculously small, to the point that it was practically impossible to watch comfortably from the bed. Why even have it?

Flot udsigt og god mad
Pros:

Beliggenheden med udsigt over Douro-dalen er fabelagtig. Værelset var pænt og praktisk. Morgenbuffeten glimrede, restauranten ligeså.

Cons:

Et vindue mellem værelset og badeværelset er ikke indbydende. Rullegardinet var alt for tyndt til at sikre nogen form for “privatliv” på toilettet.

After many stays, never disappointed. I only stay here when visiting the Douro Valley.
Pros:

Love the Delfim. I have stayed here many times. Never disappointed. The dinner in the restaurant was superb. All the rooms face the river. Fantastic!!!!
