It was a lovely luxurious experience!
Pros:

The hotel was quite luxurious and good value for money. We love open buffet bar breakfast which had a huge variety. The spa Facilities and thermal baths were wonderful. Staff was very kind and professional. The location was also great as it was close to the train station/metro.

Cons:

There was no fan in the bathroom, which was a bit odd, and the window of the room couldn’t be opened much so it was a bit stuffy as we required fresh air and didn’t want to turn on the fan/air conditioning.

Cons:

Nos dieron un vale para invitarnos a un vino o cerveza en el Bar. Eramos dos personas en una habitacion doble, pero la invitación recibida solo cubría a una de las dos personas. De acuerdo que esto es un detalle y una invitación gratis, pero es extraño y algo cutre no extender la invitacion a las dos personas de la habitación para no tener que elegir cual de ellas es la invitada y cual paga.
