Otelden ve personelden memnun kaldık. Her bir çalışan ayrı ayrı oldukça iyiydi, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Hamam soğuktu, sular ılıktı. Hayatımda ilk defa bir hamamdan bir damla ter dökmeden çıktım.

I'm giving 2 stars only because the restaurant staff were kind and attentive — otherwise, this was a 1-star stay for us.

We came to this hotel during the holiday season hoping for a peaceful and relaxing thermal getaway. However, when we went down to the pool, there was a significant amount of noise. We thought, "It's a holiday, there are kids around, it's understandable." But what wasn’t understandable was grown men — around 40 years old — doing cannonballs into the pool, despite it being clearly forbidden, and not a single staff member intervening. The only time we saw a staff member take action was to warn an elderly gentleman for not wearing a swimming cap. That’s it.

We tried to report this disruptive behavior to the employees near the Fresh Bar — the closest area to the pool — but there wasn’t a single staff member around to be found.

Then we thought, "Let’s find a quiet space and relax in the relaxing room." We lay down on the hot stone beds, only to be followed by a group of guests entering and laughing loudly for about an hour. So much for a relaxing room — the name was definitely misleading.

We shared our complaints with the spa reception desk at the entrance of the floor. Their response? “There are children, sorry for the inconvenience.” But when we asked why the 40-year-old men weren’t warned, they had no answer.

Upon check-out, we shared our concerns again with a lady at the Guest Relations Desk named Tiffany (or something similar). We were once again given the same kind of response, along with an apology.

Honestly, if we’re paying for a holiday to relax and all we get is a "sorry," it really shows a lack of empathy. We told them directly that we’d be sharing our complaints on various platforms online. And now, as promised, I’m posting this on TripAdvisor and similar websites to warn others.

Thanks to the restaurant and front desk staff — they were the only bright spot of our stay, and we truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, that was the only thing we were happy about.

Bayramda rahat ve huzurlu bir termal tatil geçirmek amacıyla bu otele geldik. Havuza indiğimizde ciddi bir gürültü vardı, bayramdır çoluk çocuktur tabii ki dedik. Fakat 40 yaşında adamların havuza yasak olmasına rağmen bombalama atlaması ve bu konuda hiçbir çalışanın uyarıda bulunmaması? Evet sadece bonesi olmayan bir amcayı uyarmaya geldiler. Bu huzur bozucu davranışları havuza en yakın gördüğümüz freshbar kısmındaki çalışanlara bildirelim dedik fakat orada da çalışan göremedik.

Dedik ki sessiz bir alan bulalım ve relaxing room'da kafamızı dinleyelim. İçeri girdik, sıcak taş yataklara uzandık sonra içeri bir sürü misafir girdi ve yine 1 saat boyunca kahkaha ve gürültülerini dinledik. Yani Relaxing Room, adı ile alakası olmadı..

Bu şikayetlerimizi kat girişindeki spa resepsiyonuna ilettik. Bize cevabı çoluk çocuktur kusura bakmayın oldu. 40 yaşında adamları uyarmamalarına ise cevapsız kaldılar.

Otelden çıkış yaparken Misafir İlişkileri Masasında sorumlu Tiffany(?) isimli veya ona benzer isimde bir hanımefendiye de bu sıkıntılarımızı anlattık. Yine bize aynı şeyler söylendi ve üzgün olduğunu belirtti.

Açıkçası biz rahatlamak için bir tatile para ödüyorken bize sadece üzgünüz denmesi ne kadar empati yoksunu olunduğunu gösteriyor. Kendilerine de belirttik bu şikayetlerimizi internette çeşitli mecralarda yayımlayacağız diye. Şimdi de Tripadvisor vb. yerlerde yayınlıyorum insanları uyarmak amaçlı.

Restaurant ve Giriş Resepsiyon çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim onlar çok ilgililerdi. Tek mutlu olduğumuz konu bu.

Very good short stay as usual
Good location, good thermal facilities.

Çok memnun kaldık, bir bebek ve bir çocukla gayet rahat ve temiz şekilde konakladık. Yalnız termal havuzu çok sıcak, diğer kapalı havuz da soğuktu, bebeği fazla sokamadık üşüdü ama bu yüzden puan kırmıyorum. Onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi. Kahvaltısı da çok iyiydi, çeşit bol ve tazeydi. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz, tavsiye ediyoruz....

I have been a loyal IHG One Rewards member for years, and I have always trusted IHG properties for my stays. However, my recent experience at Crowne Plaza Bursa was nothing short of disappointing.

1️⃣ I arrived at the hotel at 11 AM and was told to wait for my room. Despite being willing to pay for an upgrade, the front desk simply told me, "Your booked room is the best," without offering any solution.
2️⃣ My requests for a special room setup for my anniversary and an early check-in inquiry were completely ignored.
3️⃣ IHG members are usually recognized for their loyalty, yet here, I was left waiting for four hours without any hospitality gestures.
4️⃣ The worst part? The hotel has ignored my follow-ups for days, despite my attempts to resolve the issue professionally.

Ironically, after canceling my booking, I moved to nearby hotel ( Just 200 meters), where I was welcomed with a complimentary upgrade without even requesting it! That’s the level of hospitality I expect from an IHG property, but unfortunately, Crowne Plaza Bursa failed to deliver.

I have escalated this issue to IHG Corporate due to the unprofessional handling of my complaint. If you expect quality service and customer care, I strongly advise considering other options in Bursa.

The property is getting old, the rooms have a stale smell, darkly lit. There was a notice on the doors that the rooms are treated for air freshness, so there is obviously an issue. Breakfast is lacking, coffee was horrible. On the plus side the gym and pool are nice and the location is great.

As platinum elite members I had noticed before checking in that we were upgraded to club floor. At check in we were given a standard room but we were given club lounge access. The room was basic but clean. There was obviously no communication between reception and club lounge staff as when we tried to enter the lounge we were told that our names were not on list. We told her to call reception and they later sorted it out. The hotel is close to Nilofa mall as well as Parkora mall which has some amazing restaurants. Also very convenient as we had to drop off our hired car from Sixt which was just across the road. Staff were polite and friendly.
