Temizliği gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Çalışanlar her durumda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar ve kapıdan girdiğiniz gibi sizi gülen yüzle karşıladılar. Konum olarak çok merkezi avm ile aralarında 5 dk yürüyüş mesafesi var.

IHG kalitesini hissettiren bir konaklama oldu. Bir sonraki gelişimde tekrar burayı seçerim 🙏🏻👍🏻

Otel genel olarak beklentilerimin çok üzerindeydi. Özellikle temizlik konusunda gerçekten çok başarılı bir otel. Odalar son derece temiz, düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Ortak alanların temizliği de oldukça iyiydi.

Bunun yanında personelin güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımsever olması konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar ve kendimizi gerçekten değerli hissettik. İşini severek yapan bir ekiple karşılaşmak çok güzel.

Temizliği, personelin ilgisi ve genel hizmet kalitesiyle gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Tekrar konaklamak isterim. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
