Enkelt hotell til rimelig pris. Hyggelig betjening. Godt renhold.
Pros:

1. Servicen til betjeningen, 2. beliggenheten (nær Rockheim og jernbane, gåavstand til sentrum (10 min), Nidarosdomen (15 min) og Lerkendal stadion (30 min), 3. prisen (enkelt og rent hotell med få fasiliteter til rimelig pris)

Cons:

Frokosten er i enkleste laget (påsmurt baguett eller youghurt/müsli pluss juice, kaffe, te), men greit nok for en enkel start på dagen. Hvis man trenger en spennende og rikholdig frokost må man velge et annet hotell.

Heating cannot be turned off
Pros:

Perfect location, a short walk from the railway station, beautiful view

Cons:

It was impossible to turn off the heating. The thermostat on the lowest setting heated up the room to 20 something degrees Celsius (the ideal temperature for sleeping is 18C). The window opened only 30 or so cm.

Veldig lytt.Gjenglemt ting som låg på nattbordet . Varmt og skal man lufte så går vinduene rett ut til endestasjonen til toget

Comfortable no-frills hotel
Pros:

No frills hotel for an affordable price. Close to city center, everything easy to reach on foot. Trondheim S parking garage close by costing 360 NOK per 24 hours. I did not investigate the limited hotel parking. No disturbances during the night even though my room was on the ground floor facing the quay.

Cons:

Croissant breakfast for 99 NOK was not very much, the same sum could probably buy you more at the railway station kiosk close by. The bedlinen was clean but stains from food on the bedframe (rammemadrass) made a less favourable impression (but may be difficult to remove).
