Pros:
Good location with easy access to transport and nearby markets
Rooms are reasonably clean and well-maintained
Staff is polite and responsive to basic requests
Suitable for a short stay or overnight halt
Cons:
Rooms feel a bit dated and could use better upkeep
The rooms were clean and tidy, which I appreciated. However, I noticed cockroach in the room, which was disappointing and raised hygiene concerns.
Limited amenities compared to similar hotels in the area
The restaurant and food quality were good, and the taste was satisfying. That said, there were many flies in the restaurant area, which affected the dining experience and needs better pest control.
Overall:
An average hotel that serves the purpose if location and budget are your priorities. Don’t expect luxury, but it’s acceptable for a short and simple stay.
A mixed experience. While cleanliness and food were good, maintenance issues and hygiene concerns need urgent attention. With better upkeep and pest control, this hotel could improve significantly.
Clean, Neat & Tidy.
Friendly staff and understand customer needs.
They mean customers, not business. Thats a very good take away, compared to other hotels in the surrounding.
No complaints about the hotel.
But,
Neighbour's playing loud music in the night was a disturbance.
(Not sure if they was a festival or an event being celebrated, but during my stay, I heard it)

Location is remote, front road was filled with filth and garbage, slum area adjacent will affe t the growth of the hotel.
