The room was spacious and clean; staff were very nice

Nice place for a one night stay in Bonnyville. Front desk staff was very friendly and offered good suggestions on places to go nearby. Clean and quiet with a good breakfast.
No dishes allowed in room - couldn’t get a spoon for a late night snack that I brought even though the breakfast room was easily accessible… a spoon for a bedtime snack
For the hotel being categorized as 2-star we loved the place. We had booked 2 double queen suites and it was so spacious and the toiletries provided were also good. The rooms were clean just except for a random stain here and there which didn't bother us as we were only staying for a night and also it wasn't like it was where we slept etc.
The breakfast was another amazing thing, they had make your own waffle station and bread station, coffee and tea station, the buffet had omelettes, sausages, bacon, hash browns, oatmeal and pre packaged cereals, also had yogurts, regular and chocolate milk and some juices as well.
Overall we loved our stay and recommend this place and will definitely be coming back when we visit the area again

The staff are very approachable, friendly, and always ready to help.
The only downside during our stay was the TV in the room. It didn't appear to be a Smart TV, so there were no options to watch streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, or Prime Video. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.
Breakfast food was OK. Location and space were excellent, i.e. ample space for food set-up so it wasn't too crowded.
