The staff were amazing and the front desk staff Aldo, the guy who helped me with the checkout was also amazing thank you for your service. The staff at the dining room were also amazing.

Now for the property this is the second time I am staying here. The first time was in 2017, the hotel was still very new, clean and well maintained, Initially I had planned to stay at softel marina which is like the best hotel right now in Cotonou, but unfortunately they were fully booked due to the presidential ceremony,
So we went to azalia.
Firstly I booked 2 rooms 301 and 303 with adjoining doors, 303 was the room I stayed in, the room was dusty and had molds, the bathroom shower was not the top head was not working, the hand held worked but the moment you turn it on the bathroom gets flooded, I had informed the service guy they had sent up to open the adjoining door and he informed me that the rooms were fully booked.
Secondly mosquitos, I had spent 3weeks at an Airbnb in Port Novo for half the price and my family and I did not get any mosquito bites, but got sick at azelia
Thirdly my kids went to use the pool it was a mess their eyes got burnt, their skin started peeling off from whatever chemicals they had in the pool
Finally the buffet breakfast and dinner is a total waste of money, no variety to pick from, the only way you could enjoy a meal is if you picked from the menu list...
On the last day the ac broke down and stopped working l, I had called the front desk, I was informed that someone was coming but nobody showed up guess they were sleeping, I made this call at about 11,34pm
Like I said the staff were amazing but the hotel has lots it's glory.

J'ai vraiment aimé l'accueil que le personnel m'a réservé.
Le séjour est impeccable il n'y a rien à dire

Cons:

1-J'aimerais apporter une touche par rapport aux toilettes (ajouter une douchette au WC).

2- l'image de la TV n'est pas aussi claire.

Le Personnel très aimable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est cher mais d'une bonne qualité et le service très bien aussi.
J'ai aime le fait d'avoir un terrain de tennis et la possibilité d'avoir un coach.

Cons:

J'ai loué une chambre de 30m2 vue sur la mer avec plage privée 4 nuits 709€ + tx non remboursable avec une compensation de 60€ sur le séjour à titre de compensation pour une publicité mensongère.
Or la plage n'existe plus. Il a y des travaux pour agrandir le Port JOUR et NUIT des dizaines de tracteurs et grues sur tout le sable donc impossible de dormir de plus une fenêtre cassée rend la chambre encore plus bruyante.
Sur le sol de la douche on a mis une estrade en bois qui est complètement pourrie par l'eau ce qui potentialise l'odeur de moisi.
Le terrain de tennis nécessite des travaux. Et le coach très aimable mais pas vraiment un bon coach...

Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible même en pleine nuit

Cons:

Les travaux de constrution autour de l'hotel, celui ne dépend pas forcément d'eux je suppose.
