Urlaub in Cuxhaven
Pros:

Das Personal ist super nett, die Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Frühstück war reichhaltig, großzügiger kostenloser Parkplatz.

Cons:

Bettmatratzen waren durchgelegen, dass Schwimmbad würde sicher mal eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen, die Getränke der SB- Hausbar waren recht teuer.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, ausreichend und immer wieder sehr schnell nachgefüllt. Das Personal extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, ist Wünschen umgehend nachgekommen.
Der Wellnessbereich war gut, das Wasser im Becken hätte etwas wärmer sein können.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (zumindest im Zeitraum unserer Reise) war nicht ganz angemessen. Auch wenn wir soweit zufrieden waren, entspricht das Hotel unserer persönlichen Ansicht nach eher einem sehr guten 3-Sterne-Hotel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite tagsüber bei geöffnetem Fenster sind ziemlich laut.
Die Sauberkeit an einigen Stellen im Zimmer (Teppichboden) hätte etwas gründlicher sein können. Es fehlt zudem, wie in anderen 4-Sterne-Hotels gängige Praxis, eine Möglichkeit auf dem Zimmer, Kaffee oder Tee tagsüber zu trinken (Kapselmaschine bspw.).
Die Rezeption war abends ab 18 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt.
In der Dusche sollten die Silikone erneuert werden, hat sich bereits Schimmel angesetzt.
