Schlaflose Übernachtung: Kloakengeruch und nicht nutzbares Zimmer
Pros:

​Sehr bemühtes und freundliches Personal: Die Frühstücksmitarbeiterin und die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption waren extrem verständnisvoll und haben sich direkt gekümmert.

​Gut gemeintes Kulanzangebot: Es wurde ein unkomplizierter Zimmerwechsel angeboten sowie die kostenfreie Stornierung des zweiten Tages mitsamt einer Teilgutschrift von 128 Euro für den ersten Tag.

​Annehmlichkeiten: Der Pool, die Sauna sowie das insgesamt sehr gute Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Kloakengeruch im Badezimmer:
Starker, unerträglicher Geruch, der zu intensivem Querlüften in der Nacht und zu einer schlaflosen Nacht führte.

Einschränkungen bei den Sanitäranlagen:
Nachts musste die Toilette im Wellnessbereich genutzt werden; das Duschen war ebenfalls nur dort möglich.

Nicht umsetzbares Kulanzangebot::
Es wurde zwar ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten, dieser war jedoch faktisch nicht umsetzbar: Die Gäste in dem Ersatz-Zimmer mussten erst bis 11 Uhr auschecken, danach musste das Zimmer gereinigt werden, sodass ein Bezug erst am Nachmittag möglich gewesen wäre.


Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis:
Trotz der Gutschrift blieben Kosten von 200 Euro für eine praktisch schlaflose Nacht; zudem wurde der Charme des Hotels hier zu einer Jugendherberge.

Pros:

Uns hat das kostenlose Upgrade auf die Junior-Suite gefallen, so hatte ich auch eine Badewanne. Die Thai-Massagen waren super und die Masseurin eine echte Perle des Hauses 👌
Der Pool hat uns auch sehr gefallen (wir waren allein) auch der kostenlose Stellplatz auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz war super!
Zu meinem Geburtstag gab es einen Piccolo und ein paar Minuten länger Massage ❣️

Cons:

Oberflächlich ist das Hotel schön, aber schaut man genau hin sieht man wie staubig und dreckig die Ecken in den Zimmern sind. Unser Teppich hatte Flecken, was wirklich unschön war, der Balkon war ungepflegt und dreckig, die Gardine der Balkontür war kaputt.

Wir hatten trotz allem einen schönen Aufenthalt, werden aber nicht noch einmal wieder kommen.

Pros:

The location is great. It takes a few minutes to walk to the beach.you can take the bus to get to the railway station and the harbour.There are common areas where you can hang out and relax.The staff are friendly. It is not overcrowded like other hotels so it is relaxing to spend a few days there.

Cons:

The room was on the small size so there is not much space to move around.
