When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 EUR per pet, per night applies. The maximum pet size accepted is 20 kg.
A surcharge of 50 Euro applies for arrivals after 21:00 check-in hours and for departures after 10:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Please note that there is an extra fee of 20 EUR for additional cleaning during the stay. For changing the towels and the bed linen of a double bed during the stay there is and extra fee of 15 EUR; for changing the towels and the bed lined of a single bed during the stay there is an extra fee of 10 EUR.

Die Lage auf dem Berg ist außergewöhnlich, aber die Anfahrt dementsprechend weit.
Die ganze Anlage ist ziemlich heruntergekommen, Wege beschädigt, Fassaden renovierungsbedürftig. Der Pool mit dunkelgrünem Wasser gefüllt und nicht nutzbar. Meine Partnerin wollte dann gar nicht einziehen. Eine Teilerstattung wurde zwar in Aussicht gestellt, man antwortet jedoch nicht auf unsere Beschwerde.
La struttura aveva una vista spettacolare, dalla camera si vedeva il mare e alla sera c’erano dei tramonti mozzafiato.

Negativo al massimo ,per i miei orari che alle 10 sono dovuta andare via,per il check out ,considerando il fatto che fossi andata lì a dormire dopo il lavoro e cioè intorno alle 1/1:30 am

Alles, baliemedewerker onbeschoft, rond om vuil. Alles oud en gedateerd. Moest 200 borg betalen. Terwijl de hele inboedel nog geen 10 euro waard was. Zelf de leuningen van hout in staat van nalatigheid. Wij wilden omboeken en werden arrogant genoemd..

recht einfache Ausstattung, Küchenausstattung mau, Pool etc. schon geschlossen
sicuramente la visuale dalla camera era spettacolare un panorama favoloso
sicuramente che avevo prenotato la struttura perché aveva la piscina invece a nostro mal grado quella piscina era chiusa e anche da parecchio tempo magari evitare di pubblicizzarla se rimane chiusa sarebbe meglio

Only downfall would be the distance from the centre.
We had no car so we had to walk up and down the steep hill. The views along the way however made up for the distance!

Una vista mozzafiato. Sia dalla camera che dal balcone principale. L'appartamento è essenziale. Il personale, molto ospitale, è stato disponibile e reperibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia e lo hanno risolto presto.
Bisognerebbe mettere delle zanzariere. Il residence si trova in aperta natura, molti gli insetti. Le zanzare hanno rovinato il sonno.
It was a very relaxing, quite location. With very friendly and helpful staff.
The roads getting to the location are terrible as the are very winding, without tarmac. Another point to consider is they only have internet (WiFi) in the main reception and not in the apartment rooms. So, you could end up using mobile internet.
Panorama spettacolare
Arrivando di notte, la strada per arrivarci era sterrata e poco illuminata.
Mała " wieś " blisko plaże,sklep , restauracja,kawiarnia wszystko to w odległości +/-700m od hotelu.
Na terenie hotelu jest bar, basen nieczynny .
Nieporozumienie z Panem z recepcji...
La posizione ottima perchè non lontana da spiagge stupende e bellissime, anche se non ti và di spostarti troppo basta scendere giù con la macchina ed avere la spiaggia di Genn e Mari (sopra ad ogni nostra aspettativa 😍 acqua stupenda)
Struttura con una vista fantastica dalla mattina quando apri le finestre alla sera che le chiudi.
Silenzio e arietta sono le cose che non mancano mai.
Roberto una persona fantastica e super disponibile è veramente l'anima della struttura, ci hanno prestato accessori per la spiaggia che altrimenti venendo in aereo avremmo dovuto acquistare.
La struttura potrebbe avere un super potenziale per la grandezza della struttura stessa, per la posizione, per la vista, per la pace e per il personale che cè, ma ci sarebbe da fare una bella manutenzione, molte cose sono un pò trascurate.
La cosa che purtroppo pecca di piu è la strada non asfaltata che ti devi fare ogni qual volta per ogni spostamento dalla spiaggia, al supermercato ovunque.

El acceso es complicado por camino de tierra. Pensábamos que nos habíamos perdido. Pero Merece la pena
Punto di forza la vista dal balcone (solo per le stanze da 4 o più persone)
- Scarsa pulizia
- stanza su due livelli (non detto in fase di prenotazione, disagiante per uno di noi che aveva problemi al ginocchio)
- strada dissestata per arrivare, servizi non presenti (piscina era inagibile, gli orari del bar variavano in base "all'affluenza" della giornata,
- staff disponibile ma poco flessibile (siamo stati rimproverati per aver messo l'auto in un posto auto che a quanto pare era "riservato" al proprietario, ovviamente nulla era stato detto e non erano presenti cartelli. Per di più, forse per ripicca, il proprietario ci ha parcheggiato la macchina davanti bloccandoci l'uscita)
Las vistas un lugar precioso
Pues no sabría por donde empezar: Las luces de la casa, la puerta de entrada, alguna de la habitación, estaban fundidas, la luz del baño no tenía apenas luz. La nevera estaba sucia, el colchón estaba fatal, estaba hundido. El acceso es de tierra como un kilómetro y medio, la verdad que es horrible de hecho pinchamos la rueda. Luego las zonas comunes estaban muy dejadas. Los columpios precintados, las barbacoas sucias y las papeleras llenas de deshechos....las sillas tiradas...
La posizione sul punto più alto del promontorio che permette di apprezzare le bellezze della costa, del mare e delle due spiagge più vicine.
Lo stato di evidente abbandono della struttura, la scarsa pulizia degli alloggi.
