Good value compared to other more pricey hotels in the area. Would likely stay here again
Pros:

Great location. Centrally located. Quiet. Facility and grounds are well maintained and they keep the rooms clean. Great doughnut, and kolache shop nearby.

Cons:

The king size mattress was a little firm for my taste. My wife said it needed to be rotated more regularly.

Nice place to stay while exploring Texas hill country
Pros:

Great, friendly staff! Very clean. Very good location for exploring Boerne, walkable to town, HEB, and highway access. Clean grounds, nice pool. Dog policy - no fee. Felt safe. Would definitely come back.

Cons:

Newer TV but the cable channels were limited. Room was very dark.

Very good “for the price.” Definitely an econo motel, but it met my needs.

Cons:

Our favorite TV channel had no sound in the room we were given. However, the staff worked to fixed the problem, and when it didn't happen in a timely manner, they moved us to another room.
