3HB Golden Beach

Loved this hotel. One bedroom apartment had all the amenities needed. Spacious and very comfortable. We had a fantastic sea view from bedroom and lounge with a balcony that we made good use of. Staff were most helpful and as most people have mentioned, rooms were spotless. Great location for restaurants and bars. Great for the beach. We will definitely come back again.

Great location. Large comfortable rooms. Lovely staff reception and housekeeping. Place is spotless. We had a lovely large corner balcony with sun all day. Room 35 very quiet. Got a lovely bottle of sparkling wine and a lovely note for my birthday which was a great surprise. Close to bars and restaurants. Ubers great for going to Old Town. Also thanks to Jet 2 for there great service.

Rooms were a good size and very clean. Very close to pubs and restaurants but still quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.

Excellent location, 2 minutes to the beach and about 5-6 minutes to Albufreia strip. Comfortable beds, specular view! There is a market/grocery store and 5-6 small shops just below the resort. Remember to bring cooking oil and your cooking spices, salt & pepper and napkins!

Great apartment spotless .cleaners in every day .staff friendly near beach and also not far from strip .and a small walk from old town good.taxis very cheap. Happy hour every evening from 4 to 7 .good serve food snacks daily..this is 3rd time we have been and would highly recommend it. Got a lovely pool as well.

This was an amazing stay ! The hotel is clean, staff are nice and are willing to give advice. Our room was beautiful, spacious & we had an amazing view with a terrace.
Only advice , if you have young kids , this hotel is right near the strip and that was a little intense to walk with him. We were safe but it’s allot to take in. If you are there for a Hen or stag party , it’s perfect !

Eaither way , we would come back ! We would just make different dinner decisions lol

We stayed at 3HB Golden Beach for a week as Two adults and one child plus another two adults (separate apartments) in April 2026 and had the most amazing time.
Arrived at the apartments before check in time but was able to get changed and store our suitcases and were told we would be called as soon as the rooms were ready. First room was ready by 12.30 and the second by 1pm. The two adults in the second room were upgraded to a superior sea view apartment so our rooms could be near each other, which was a really nice surprise. Also at check in, we received a beach bag, refillable water bottles, some milk, teabags and biscuits which was another fantastic surprise.
When we arrived in our room (2 adults, 1 child), there was an Easter egg waiting for our son with an Easter card with his name on it. He was absolutely chuffed when we saw it. The apartments were amazing. Massive living room, kitchen, bedroom (with a king size bed, not two beds pushed together, although we did request this when we booked with easyJet) and a fantastic bathroom with walk in shower. The balcony was brilliant too. Table and four chairs and plenty of extra space.
The pool area was a good size, with plenty of sun beds. The lifeguard on duty while we were there was fantastic. There was a small park close to the pool, which our son enjoyed too.
The bar was also great, serving a wide selection of drinks (both alcoholic and soft) and a really good food menu. There was even some live music a couple of evenings which was a nice touch.
The grounds and whole apartment complex were spotlessly clean. The location was fantastic. Close to a small number of bars and restaurants and then about a 20 minute walk to the old town. A tuk tuk from the top of the escalators, back to the apartments was €10.
I cannot recommend 3HB Golden Beach enough. It was really a fantastic place and we will definitely stay again

We had such a great time here, the place is gorgeous! The rooms have everything you need and the vibe is so relaxing. The hotel provides water bottles for you and there is a water dispenser to use in reception.
It’s so close to everything but still so peaceful. The staff are so helpful and lovely, we were upgraded as we were celebrating our anniversary, this was so sweet of the staff.
We will definitely be back!

Wonderfully clean, beautiful sea views. Exceptional staff that are always smiling and greeting you. The goody bag with biscuits milk etc on arrival and a bottle you can refill with cold filtered water from reception which is kind on the planet. Very peaceful and relaxing. Always available sunbeds. Lovely bar with delicious bar food menu. Live entertainment during happy hour some nights, saxophonist was superb & singer. Perfect location as right near the sea with lots of restaurants and bars. Taxis right outside. Quiet in the evenings as mostly families and couples. Room was cleaned every day, lovely white nice smelling towels and bed linen. Kitchen with everything you would need. Will definitely return!

Could not beat location 25mt to beach 100mt to the strip slightly uphill but no problem. Rooms have everything you need we where booked in room 34 excellent but slight problem with a leak and we moved to another room 31 again no problems with a larger balcony also, checked in and we where given a tote bag with two water bottles to refill when we needed at reception two packs of biscuits,, there is a few restaurants on the beach/prom also tjs that do breakfast etc had a cheese toaster which was ok had breakfast a few days later couldn’t recommend watery beans and tinned tomatoes so swimming in liquid..
