The lady that checked me in made the hotel a worthwhile purchase.
Pros:

The lady that checked me in was amazing. I was just in town for the Seahawks game on Monday night football. The lady that checked me in had fielded my calls earlier in the week and she was incredibly sweet and patient with me on the phone. I recognized her by her voice when I checked in. She is incredibly sweet and looked like she was running the place like it was second nature. Amazon web services was down at the time of my check in but I saw her helping other guests despite the set back and making things work.

I really want to emphasize that when you have a person like that working for your company it can totally help the rest of the experience. The hotel itself wasn't the best and the location wasn't great for my purpose, but man I'd stay there again just to hear that lady talking about her cowboys. Fantastic person. I felt she went out of her way to connect with the customers she was helping.

I won't be staying here again.
Pros:

The guy running the front desk was nice. The guy that drove the shuttle gave interesting conversation on the way to the airport.

Cons:

The room was not clean - there was a big stain on the comforter. The breakfast was basically Hostess cakes and white bread and most of it was gone when I got there at 8a. Several folks were filling their pockets with what was left. It was overall kind of scary there - people that seemed to be meth addicts and those engaging in sex work.

Dirty and hazardous stay punctuated by loud sex from next door.

Location to SEA.

Cons:

The door closest to our room, which was labeled an Emergency Exit, was “broken” and blocked with trash receptacles. Obvious fire code violation.
Second obviously the rooms around us were used by practitioners of the “world’s oldest profession”. They were very loud in the activities.
Hallways were filthy. Room seemed clean enough.
The best part about the stay is we had an early morning flight and had to leave at 4AM.

It was a good value and great convenience.
Pros:

Very convenient to Seattle Airport, convenient to I-5, dogs welcome, clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but I didn't need fancy. I was picking up a dog at the airport and needed a place to spend the night before driving home.

Cons:

There could be a better outdoor area for dogs, doesn't need to be fancy, but a small fenced area outside of the parking lot would be very helpful for a pet-friendly motel.
